Clean rooms and friendly staff. Plenty of towels in the room and we love La Quinta's pet friendly policy. Plenty of parking, close to restaurants and an easy drive to Colonial Williamsburg. We will stay here again when visiting.

Convenient to colonial Williamsburg

Pros: Staff was very helpful
Cons: A little additional maintenance in Bath would make it look better.
Location: Near Colonial Williamsburg and restaurants
Checkin person was very helpful. Switched us to handicap accessible room, ask what specific needs were and immediately provided requested accessibility items. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom tile grout could use some bleaching or similar maintenance but overall good.

Very friendly staff members. Nice room and bed. I was very happy with the hotel. I went to Old Williamsburg and your hotel is very close. One thing I dislike is the Nestle coffee. That is one of the worse coffee you can drink.

Pet friendly hotel!

We had a business meeting in Williamsburg, Va. to attend and wanted to take our dog to see if she was ok with traveling in the car. She was fine, and in the room also. I had thought that the rooms would not be as nice and clean as they were because of the pet policy, but there was absolutely no signs whatsoever that any pet had ever been there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice place with a big field out back for doggies.

Excellent Facility. Clean. Modern. Friendly.

Pros: The main positive was the young lady manning the desk during the evening shift. She was the most pleasant person I can remember working a hotel desk.
Cons: nothing.
Everything about the stay was pleasant. It was clean, quiet, and obviously convenient to everything. I have nothing bad to say.

I was surprised and disappointed to hear that La Quinta had NO hot tub.

COCKROACHES in bathroom

Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Only improvement would be for the franchise to take it back
Location: Williamsburg is a great, family friendly town, lots to do
My 8 yr old goes into bathroom to wash up for bed & is greeted by a huge cockroach on floor. We had to go find desk clerk who came up & sprayed raid all over( that was the end of those toothbrushes &toiletries)and he was like soooooo if that will be all...goodnight. After expressing my concern about sleeping in a room infested with bugs & reeking of bug spray he said the owner hadfour other properties in Williamsburg. I told him I wanted to move my children to whichever one of those properties was newest & best maintained. He left & I did not hear back from him until I called the front desk 30 minutes later. He told me I could not move. I asked to speak with a manager. Another 20 minutes passed and the night clerk called the room to tell me that they would move me to another room but not another hotel, because I had booked through a third party and so my money AND I were tied to the HotelI told her that I would be posting my dissatisfaction here, on expedias site and anywhere else I could since they were unwilling to help. She said she would work on it, hung up and 20 minutes later Two cops are At my door! They tell me the night clerk called them because she wants us to leave, I explain to the two officers what is going on and they are so annoyed that they tell the desk clerk to move us to the other hotel & refund our money immediately. So she does, cops apologize & I move my two children at midnight. Such a lousy hotel,lousy staff and unnecessary drama.
