Located in Williamsburg, Red Roof Inn Williamsburg is in the city center and near a train station. Colonial Williamsburg and Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center are notable landmarks, and some of the area's popular attractions include Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA.
The room wasn't anything to brag about a whole lot. The location and the price paid was super ideal, centrally located to everything you want to see in the area. The room itself was fine, the over-all cleanliness was ok too. I felt the comfort level of the bed and the sheets wasn't very desirable. We stayed 3 nights, we were lucky only the last night when on a Friday, the hotel was busier, the room right above us was a minor issue. The floors having vinyl flooring made it for people coming and going with shoes on, pretty loud. This comment comes from a guy(me) who lived for nearly 25years very close to a active railroad terminal, I could sleep through almost anything, but with the sheets being itchy, and the bed not the most comfortable, made it hard to fall asleep. Over all given the price paid and the fact you're literally 15 to 20 minutes away from anything you want in the area, it was doable.
