Very nice. Clean room, nice and quiet. Convenient to everything in Williamsburg, including shopping and attractions.

Location: We were close to everything to do in Williamsburg.
The rooms were nice and spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The room is more like a suite. It was huge with separate rooms for us and our daughter. Large living room and kitchen.
Cons: I can't think of any drawbacks. It was a positive experience overall.

Awesome stay and great location.

We had a fantastic experience. Would absolutely stay again. Everything was wonderful and the rooms came with everything we needed. The only thing I would say is the beds weere a touch firm but other than that is was amazing!!!

It was a room...

Clean towels daily was expected and was surprised when I would have had to request them...every day. And I am not taking my trash to a dumpster some place. Seriously, would it be that difficult to empty people's trash and provide clean linens? Pool towels were so thin you could see through them.

Colleen, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. This is our current housekeeping policy: Housekeeping services are not included. Guests are asked to dispose of trash in several conveniently located sites on property. Mid-week cleaning is available upon request at a charge. A mid-week cleaning includes beds being made with fresh linens, removal of trash and replacement of liners, exchange of all bath and kitchen linens, and the vacuuming of the unit. Unit towel or linen exchange may also be arranged for a fee. A $50 fine is applicable for units left excessively unclean. We are sorry if our resort did not meet your expectations, but at least you liked the room that you were given. We wish you better experiences for the future.

Nice family size

Good size for our family of 5. Rooms were nice. 2 nice size bathrooms were a big plus. We enjoyed the pool area. Game room was a disappointment. Put money in the machines and they didn't work. Wifi was horribly slow, not good. Resort descriptions say free wifi but not true. You pay a resort fee for using the amenities at the resort. Overall would recommend and stay again if we ever visit Williamsburg again.

For your knowledge, the resort has a required $25.00 fee that is collected at the time of check-in and that includes the in-room Wi-Fi, the in-unit safes, as well as other amenities available at the resort. Great Place for Families

The pool was out of sight. My boy could have stayed in there all day. Very close to the Parks and Colonial Williamsburg.
