I've stayed at this resort a couple of times previously and I LOVED it, this time not so much. I had lost my credit card somehow between home and the resort, and we had to use a credit card for the deposit and all I had was cash and since we live out of state I went to a local credit union that could be used as a shared bank with my credit union. My funds weren't made available immediately and since it's a holiday weekend I would have to wait until today for my funds to be available. None the less, the hotel staff would NOT budge as far as accepting my cash for the deposit, I had shown my bank deposit and they had my credit card on file but refused to use it and were in the process of turning me away (I was very upset we traveled very far to stay here) luckily, I was able to get in touch with a friend that had to fax in a copy of her credit card and give authorization for a deposit, but to say I was very disappointed and upset since I've always had a good experience here and that incident will likely make it my last time staying there. Also, I had requested a late check out that night and they refused saying I had to wait until the am to do so, I called back at 6:30am to request a late check out and they said it was denied because they had already reached capacity....at 6:30am??? Again, the room was nice and neat but the staff was horrible with no compassion! AND the front desk manager wasn't even on site she was denying my access over the phone from home smh

Hello Anton and thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you were dissatisfied with your check-in experience. Unfortunately, as stated on all websites, a credit card is required for check-in and no exception can be made. We will review your late check out request with our team and appreciate you letting us know.
