Typical Patel MotelPosted Jan 3, 2018
I've stayed here a number of times over the years and watched as the building and service have slowly declined from reasonable to cheap motel. To be fair, the price is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Rooms are clean, dated, and some things work and some don't. Hot water is slow, ice machines dead, elevator slow and noisy, and staff indifferent. Continental breakfast is toast, cold cereal juice and coffee. Nothing else. Just need a bed, and shower? Here you go. Expecting anything more, might wanna pass......

choose another hotelPosted Dec 3, 2017
upon arrival, the motel looked disgusting and after standing in the lobby for 5 minutes being ignored by receptionist, I decided to leave and go to a different hotel.

Clean room with plenty of amenities for the price. In room coffee was terrible though.

Close to Williamsburg & Busch GardensPosted Oct 23, 2017
My expectations were low for this property based on other reviews but still hoped for the best. We knew we wouldn't be spending alot of time there. Happy with how easy it was to get to either historical area & Busch Gardens. Room was located at the back of the property. Another motel is both next door & behind so the area & parking lot is very busy. After returning from Busch Gardens late at night we had difficulty finding parking. The room itself was fairly clean except for some stray hair in the shower & dust build up on mirror by light fixture. The door security peep hole was missing & had a piece of paper stuffed into it. Did not notice that til 2nd day otherwise may have requested dif room. On the door itself you would have to push the security latch back all the way after using it or the door wouldn't open. 1 lamp shade had rip in it & another could only be turned on & off by using the plug not the actual lamp switch. Also poor attempts at patching holes in walls. Breakfast was prob ok for families travelling. Kids were enjoying toaster waffles & cereal. We utilized our microwave & fridge (decent size not a mini more like medium)for both breakfast & a quick bite to eat before heading back to Busch Gardens at night. You could hear everyone coming & going all night long including the people next to us who must have checked in very late & tried to open the door between the rooms. I couldn't sleep after that woke me up. Overall dont expect alot but i wouldn't stay again.

This was by far one of the worst experiences we have ever had, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, had no towels in the room when we checked in. Asked repeatedly for towels an coffee the four days we stayed there an did not receive anything after be told multiple times that they would have room service bring these items to us. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. horrible experience
