We had a grand stay! We would do it again.

Pros: We enjoyed the location. They up graded our room to a suite what was there not to like?
Cons: There was a compresser that cycled on and off durning the night hours.
Location: Williamsburg , William &Mary, Yorktown James Town are right there!
The service was very good. All staff went out of their way to be helpful. You will be happy you selected this place to stay.

Close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg

No complaints other than there weren't any utensils (spoons) in the room to prepare tea/coffee

Beautiful and historical.

Very nice properly with a large pool and hot tub. We stayed in the rooms away from the main property. Clean and quiet rooms. Carpet could use a vacuuming. Beds were very comfortable and linens were white and smelled good.

Hard to sleep

Pros: Convenient to dining and stores. Centrally located to attractions.
Cons: Repair, update A/C units.
Location: Jamestown was awesome.
The section we were in (Rm 170) is the old section. The room was nice but there was one problem. The hotel needs to address problems with their A/C (PTAC) units. The room next to us had a unit that every time it came on vibrated the walls so loud that at one point, I looked outside to see if there was a truck outside revving its engine. Sounded like road construction. Due to this we did not sleep very well as it kept waking us up.

Stay away from this dump!

The hotel pictured in Expedia is not what you get! They gave us a small room 4 blocks away from the actual hotel. Its not a resort! I paid a down payment for them to hold my room that was soppose to be a suite it the hotel building that included seperate bedroom, dining room and a beautiful hot tub in the room. What we got instead was a motel room with dirty carpet, and bathroom. The bathroom shower had left over hair on the wall from a past guest! Discusting! The bed were comfy and the air conditioning was great if you didnt mind the bugs in the room. To bad I can't include a picture of what they gave us for the price we paid! False advertising at its best! Bait and switch!

Nice hotel close to all the attractions.

Pros: We had a nice room at a reasonable rate. The service was good and everyone was very helpful and friendly.
Location: The hotel was centrally located to all the attractions making it easy to get around. There were many places to eat, shop and anything needed.
Service was very good. We had a problem with the toilet in our room and were given a new room immediately. Staff offered to help in any way they could. New room was fine and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Great location.

Pros: Really friendly staff.
This place is perfect for going to Bush Gardens and Water Country. I highly recommended staying there for a family vacation!

Great location

Although the place looked worned it was a comfortable stay but place need some improvements cosmetically. Left an item in the room and called to retrieve it and no response yet on it being turned in by housekeeping. ??????

Hotel is older but room was clean and had a nice kitchenette? Parking was tight for our truck we had to park around back. We didn't check out pool area but looked decent from our room.
