Nice hotel close to all the attractions.

Pros: We had a nice room at a reasonable rate. The service was good and everyone was very helpful and friendly.
Location: The hotel was centrally located to all the attractions making it easy to get around. There were many places to eat, shop and anything needed.
Service was very good. We had a problem with the toilet in our room and were given a new room immediately. Staff offered to help in any way they could. New room was fine and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Great location.

Pros: Really friendly staff.
This place is perfect for going to Bush Gardens and Water Country. I highly recommended staying there for a family vacation!

Great location

Although the place looked worned it was a comfortable stay but place need some improvements cosmetically. Left an item in the room and called to retrieve it and no response yet on it being turned in by housekeeping. ??????

Hotel is older but room was clean and had a nice kitchenette? Parking was tight for our truck we had to park around back. We didn't check out pool area but looked decent from our room.

Close to William and Mary

Large room, but dark and dated. No blow dryer in room, only two towels for 4 guests. Smelled a bit moldy. Staff was very very nice. Overall not a great value for the money.

CLEAN. VERY CLEAN... BUT... our room was off away from the main hotel, farthest one away. Ron was clean bed was okay, dresser looked like a kid had picked the wood of all sides, bathroom was dated back to the 60's or 70's, but clean. The light over the sink didn't work, but for a quick lay your head and go we did fine. If it hadn't been so clean then I would be ticked.

Really bad hotel

Pros: The location
Cons: Everything, from the staff to the rooms, the pool can be cleaner too.
Location: The location is great, I went only for Colonial Williamsburg and was really close to the hotel. We had a lot of food options nearby too.
The room was smelly, dirty sheets, noisy (the staff can be so noisy early in the morning), the TV wasn't working and most importantly, we had no room service in 3 days!!! We called to ask for it so they can clean the room but no one came. Worse hotel (motel, resort or whatever you want to call it) experience I have ever had.

Very dated and in need of major upgrades

Bathroom so Tiny it was hard to squeeze between sink and toilet. Shower small and dark with minimal water pressure. Ugly and bery dated pink and brown tiles, mirror losing silver and cracked, carpet stained. Bed was comfy but so high I had to actually jump up to get on it. No hanger rod to hang clothes. Linens were fine. Front desk was very pleasant but seemed uninformed about activities inthe area other than Colonial Williamsburg which is not what I was there for

The pool and the grounds were really nice. However, my room was about 100 yards away from the main building, separated by two independently owned restaurants. And my room could have been a bit more modern.

Be aware of your booking , make sure they don't put you in colonial cottage , very dated and abandon . Door are hard to open/ close .
