Would not stay again

The Expedia email said that check in was at 3:00 but when we arrived, the hotel said their check in was at 4:00 - we would have stayed elsewhere if we had known that. My husband had worked night shift the night before and then also had to work early that morning so the plan was for him to rest before our 6:00 event but we couldn't check in. Check in was very busy and very confusing.
The floorboards are very, very noisy - it is not possible to even tiptoe around the room without making a lot of noise - we were also in the room next to the ice vending machine so even more noisy.
