Nice hotel and close to surrounding activities.

Pros: Spacious and comfortable. Loved the 2-bedroom & 2-bath.
Cons: Washers and dryers in unit took forever to dry clothes.
Location: There are a lot of exciting things to do in Williamsburg from shopping at the Prime Outlets, visiting the Pottery, Putt-Putt Golf, and eating.
This was our first time staying at the Williamsburg Plantation It was very easy to navigate our way through Williamsburg. The hotel room was very spacious. There were a few maintenance punch-list items we left that are definitely fixable. The room was comfortable. Upon checking in we advised we did not want to be in a unit where pets were allowed and were told guest with pets were put in different units. On day two, we hear barking and noticed that the unit below us had a dogt. We had already settled in our unit and didn't bother telling the front desk, because they knew what unit they put us in. We plan on visiting again with our grand kids and hope our request will be respected. It was disheartening that our unit did not have a full oven/stove, only a hot plate. Not sure if this was in every unit. Worth the stay.

Clean, comfortable, large room with jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Would definitely stay here again!

Williamsburg Plantation

Pros: I liked the location of this place. We already had plans to go to Busch Gardens, would have loved to have done some of the things they had planned for the kids for Halloween.
Cons: I liked everything about this place. I didn't go to the pool so I'm not sure about that.
Location: I loved it was close to Busch Gardens, and also it was close to shopping about 5 miles.

Fantastic Place to Stay

Pros: This was more like a home away from home than a hotel.
Location: We were visiting to go to all the historic sites, colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown settlement and the Yorktown battlefield.
Very spacious for a family of five. Everything you would need in the kitchen is provided. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kids had a great time in the pool.

Family Funeral

Pros: It was the perfect size for our family of 6 adults
Cons: When booking, requested a hide-a-bed. Requested it again at check in. Had to call them from the room to request a third time.
Location: Easy access to many restaurants. Just a quick and easy drive to Colonial Williamsburg which we visited.
Our family was in town for a funeral. The hotel was just a few blocks from the church. Staff could be a bit more friendlier. Never like the sell for time-shares. Didn't want to deal with it this time especially because of the reason we were staying.

Small family reunion/trip back to college vacation that was perfectly priced for our 4 night stay. Easy to get to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, nearby restaurants and such. Good facilities for cooking in the room and nearby grocery stores kept budget down. We'll probably look into this place again.

The staff was very unpleasant to work with

The staff was very unpleasant to work with during check in and check out. No one needs attitudes when customers are sending their hard earned money. In a travel agent and I traveled with my client. The over all stay was great despite the customer service.

Pros: clean and comfortable.
. The pool was nice . Towels were provided. Tables and chairs were around we had pizza delivered to the pool, so we didn't have to leave. Close to stores and attractions.
