For our family of (5) this was so much better than a single hotel room, yet comparable in price. Stocked kitchen was appreciated. Beautiful grounds and quiet. An easy 10min drive to most anything including Colonial Williamsburg & Busch Gardens. Highly recommend a massage at The Spa. We will stay here again!

The unit was outdated but generally clean. We had extremely noisy neighbors upstairs partying with loud music until 6am both nights, security spoke to them but they still continued shortly after. The kitchen could use some more cooking utensils.

When we arrived and walked around the property, we observed police officers arresting someone which was a little unsettling. Other then that everything was great.

I brought my family to Williamsburg for a vacation and wanted a place with a kitchen. What we found when we walked in was closer to a full fledged home. Multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a porch downstairs and a balcony upstairs. We found an embarrassing number of towels, everything we needed in the kitchen, and full size laundry in the unit. When we go back, we will be staying here again.

It’s a timeshare property and the unit was clean but a bit dated. Staff was courteous and didn’t try to hard sell me on a sales presentation. Was in the area for a kid’s soccer tournament so I was not interested in that aspect. Close to the College of William and Mary which offered some place to walk around, plus the property was near the Sports complex and restaurant options. The pool looked clean but it was cold so we never visited. Also didn’t have time to check out any other amenities during our visit. It was a pleasant place to stay.

I came down for a bowling tournament and it was conveniently closed by. Night time was quiet had a good night sleep. Only negative was at check in when I gave cash for my deposit the lady still charge my card $150. Besides that I had a great weekend stay.

I didn't like the fact that it was ants everywhere in my kitchen it was unsanitary and I couldn't barely cook because ants were in the drawer with the silverware along the sink in the sink and heading towards the refrigerator. When I spoke to the manager about getting a partial refund he told me that it was nothing that he could do but he can give me a free night if I was to book with them again but why would I want to book somewhere there was unsanitary why do I have to pay to stay somewhere to get a free night for not being clean and sanitary.very disappointed. I did like the quietness and it was easy to park.

This location was very clean and spacious and very well priced. The only thing I will complain about is that everything is outdated. From Furniture to appliances. Washer machine looked like its from the early 90s.

We really only had issues with the TV/cable service, and getting my son's game system hooked up to the WiFi. The room was spacious we got the full kitchen everything worked the beds were decent living room furniture was comfy we spent the majority of our time around the dining room table playing card games those chairs were also comfy
