Very clean and renovated. BEAUTIFUL pool, including indoor and outdoor spaces, kidding pool with water features, hot tubs indoor and out, grilling and picnic areas, and an epic gas firepit. The billiard room and business ctr are nice, too.

I made reservations to stay at this location with my family for Thanksgiving. We are a military family and my husband is stationed away from his family. This resort was a central location for us to meet and enjoy the holiday together. I booked a large room with a bed for each member of my family, since my kids are older and don't like sharing beds with one another. I also chose this location because it had an indoor pool and billiards to keep my kids occupied. When we arrived at the resort we were met with a letter stating that our room would not be available even though I booked it long in advance and paid in full. No one attempted to contact me nor give me the option to make alternative arrangements. Instead they changed our booking to a different location with half the beds, leaving 2 of my children to sleep on couches, and no indoor pool nor indoor activities for children to enjoy in the brisk Autumn weather. The day after I contacted Hotels.com and they were very kind and attempted to make it right, however, the resort never reached out to attempt to fix the problem and when the representatives from Hotels.com attempted to contact them on my behalf they conveyed that the room I originally booked didn't have access to all the accommodations I claimed, even though it is clearly stated that access to these activities are a part of staying at this resort. I am disgusted by their lack of customer service and their disregard for a family's attempt to spend the holiday together

Property is dated, but undergoing renovations. Staff very helpful. We like to watch TV later, and really only in our bedroom, when on vacation. That TV did not allow volume to be reduced towards zero, and lowest volume still too loud. Both remote and control button on TV. Had to pack towels around built in speakers! Also, towel bar in large soaking tub looks too much like a hand pull-up or support bar, and in correct position for same. Should probably have signage there as a warning to users. We stay here because it’s a quiet and secluded property and convenient to our frequent places like Starbucks, etc.

Property exceeded expectations. Condo was clean, had comfortable beds, and plenty of space for our family. The kids loved mini golf. We all enjoyed the pool. The grounds, pool and facilities were very clean. Staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

The grounds were lovely, the rooms were nice and clean. Perfect for our stay as we were an out of town family attending a wedding. There was sufficient room for everyone! We had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms at an affordable price!

Be warned!! This is a time share and there are three different properties. We went to check in to our prepaid stay and was told they had moved our reservation to a sister property. We went there and were told it had been moved to the third property. It took us over two hours to finally get checked in. Also they insisted the exact person who booked the room check in regardless of whose cc was used or it clearly being a spouse trying to check in. And the place was a dump. Just old and gross. Smelled musty. Like old people. On the plus side people seemed to be playing basketball and pickleball and enjoying activities. We were there for a graduation so just wanted an easy in and out. And that was a fail.

I did like the place but my vacation was less than stellar because only one of the bathrooms worked. We called maintenance and we didn't get a response. At the end of our check out, the room flooded which damaged a lot of our things
