We rented the larger 1-BR unit and it was very roomy. It even had two showers which helped when we needed to get ready quickly. The bed was comfortable and check-in was easy. It is a timeshare place so they are trying to get you to the timeshare presentation but we were able to refuse that and get our key without too much hassle.

Property was a 10 minute drive from Busch Gardens and 5 minute from the main road with tons of restaurants. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly.

The water pressure in the bathroom wasn't great at all. And the toilet knob was broken so we had to push it in and hold it to flush. The room was very clean and had everything you would want for a suite. The area was quiet and secure. The bed was comfortable. Great place to get away from busy life.

Loud neighbors, no sleep
The room itself was nice, the housekeeping staff were great and responded to what we needed after checking in. However, the guest above us was extremely loud. They were up until 2-3am watching TV loudly and jumping on the floors. We got very little sleep either night of our stay. I called security 3 different times late at night to report the noise, and nothing was done. We were all exhausted by the time we left. Despite the comfort of the room and excellent location, I would not stay here again.

The wait to review the room and clear my deposit is insane. I understand its a holiday, but i know for a fact it was cleaned and verified before the 27th. Now I have to wait after a holiday for it to clear. And i know yall like to blame it on the banks, but you as well took more time in the process!!! Not ok. Its never taken this long to get my money back.

I have always been pleased with Patriot's Place, especially the deluxe one bedroom or two bedroom lock off accommodations. Everything is always clean and in excellent working order. There is sometimes sound transfer from one unit to the next and the tank-less water heaters take forever to warm up.

Sales pitch, stay at your own risk.
Had to endure a sales pitch that seemed like phishing or a virus. Toilet seat had gouges, TV in bedroom didn't work, floors squeaked when walking, internet issue, allergic reaction after laying in bed.

Clean but thin walls
The room was clean and the resort nice. I didn't like that my bed was directly infront of the door to the room and the thin walls. I could hear the people in the next room cleaning dishes, coughing and sneezing as if they were in the room with me.
