We had to change our room three times to get a clean room that also had working bathroom facilities. The wifi password given to us was not the correct one.
staff was friendly i didnt lime the fact inwas charged 40 dollars for an incidental fee which is out ragous i never had a hotel charfe me that they only shouldve used the card only if anyrhing happened
Outdated room and old furniture with stains. Still unsure if my grandson received a spider bite or if there were bed bugs. Either way, we left early and I’m still waiting on a refund.

Staff was very friendly. Ease of check in. Checked in early with no problem. Hotel definitely needs an upgrade soon. Rooms are 80s/90s looking. Clean, but no USB ports and a bit worn - nostalgia looking.

Check in couldn’t find my reservation, likely I kept confirmation;go to room one of the keys didn’t work; go in room, refrigerator is making loud noise, went back to check in & got another room; new room no hangers; and of course only one key worked; check out- no one there waited, called out, hello, hello? Cleaning saw me waiting, but made no attempt to find them; wrote note, left on keyboard.

The staff was so very nice and helpful. We did have a problem with our keys to the room - but staff was very helpful in getting the problem fixed. The breakfast was very good.

The free breakfast was really good! Probably one the best we have had for a hotel. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Our biggest issue was with the key card locks ( it took 3 or 4 tries on average just to get the door open going in). The hotel is also older and could use some improvements. Our ceiling had a bad crack in the corner, it smelled stale (even with the AC running) and the bathroom vanity front was coming off. The staff was friendly and kind. The lady who checked us in said they got new locks for the doors but they haven’t been installed yet.

A great Fairfield Hotel in Williamsport, PA. Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly clientele. Good breakfast with hot foods. Coffee available anytime. Close to great restaurants. Right off Interstate. Definitely recommend this one.

The entire hotel smelled bad.
The elevator was broken.
The pool was dirty.
The fitness center was unavailable throughout the stay.
The room keys consistently failed, even after repeated times exchanging the keys they still did not work in the room doors.
Staff was very nice and ffiendly.
The breakfast was very tasty.

We had a small problem with the Wifi. The desk clerk smoothed it out. Very nice staff. So clean and cozy. Thank you for a heating system that can work on chilly nights.

Decent hotel and quick check-in. I liked the room amenities. The only odd thing was it was a non-smoking room but we could smell faint nicotine odor-not sure why. Good location.
