Hi Carol, thank you for taking the time to respond. We recently added sound machines to help with the noise for our light sleepers, maybe you missed it? The property was built some time ago so sometimes you might hear people depending on how loud they are. We also have a locally sourced breakfast including quiches (sometimes), baked goods, assorted yogurts, GF options, fruit, juice and coffee. We feel a great value for a complimentary breakfast offering. We look forward to hosting you again in the future

So sorry about the couch, we actually just ordered replacements so we should be seeing those upgrades this fall. We are working tirelessly to make updates wherever we can without disrupting our guests during sold out weeks/weekends. We're trying our very best and appreciate your feedback. We offer a complimentary locally sourced (and generous) breakfast for each day you are here and we usually receive feedback that we are worth every penny so I am sorry you disagree. Sorry we missed you on your way out. The weekends are nutty around here and if we're not turning over rooms, we might be out back organizing trash or up to our elbows in laundry from the weekend guests. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. Our breakfast is actually changing this weekend. We are partnering with a local bakery and offering a sweet and savory option that will change weekly. We are delighted to hear your thoughts. Its an older building so sometimes the walls can feel a little thin depending on the neighbor next to you. We will work on this in future updates this winter.
