Pros: Staff friendly, car park useful and well situated
Cons: Room very hot on arrival. At least pull the blinds prior to arrival. Air con on? Dodgy lift function. One bed light globe not replaced as promised.
First impressions matter. So walking into a stifling hot room after negotiating a lift which would not send us up from the car park was an unfortunate beginning.Too much to ask for the blinds to be drawn to keep out the direct sunlight? Air Con on prior to stated arrival time? Thankfully the staff were friendly but again it would have been nice if the bedside lamp globe which I took to the front desk was replaced that night. Otherwise nice.

I had a very comfortable stay. I realise staff give you info sheet & access to web site but would have appreciated more information on checking in re availability of breakfast & times, parking (which floor?)& access to parking late at night. Reception staff not always at desk & rather abrupt - overall very impersonal.

nice hotel right in the centre of everything

Pros: Centrally located, it was close to all the amenities-shops, hotels , cafes ,parks and, walk ways.
Cons: Check room out for bad smells before allocating to guest.
Location: Convenient for everything ,dining out or in,Boating for the sailors or would be tars. Going for walks along the bay shore
The first thing we noticed on entering our room was the very strong smell. We had to open the sliding door to get some fresh air into the room. Otherwise, the rooms where clean, well laid out and, quiet.

Poor after hour systems

Arrived as planned at 1030pm. Because they forgot to get my credit card details I had to read these out on public street via intercom. Very poor and unsafe Room was poor layout Staff nice

Handy to waterfront and shops.

Pros: Clean, modern, and bright inside with handy lift and plenty of car parking spaces. Absolutely everything is provided for a comfortable stay.
Cons: Maybe having a local map of the area and shops for hotel guests?
Location: Most of our time was spent walking on the waterfront and enjoying coffee from the many trendy cafes nearby.
We loved our stay overnight. Comfortable and clean rooms with friendly and helpful front counter staff made our stay stress-free and relaxing.

Is a value for money stay . A very big apartment with good amenities. Very good scenery view . A coles supermarket is nearby too. However is quite a walking distance to the Williamstown station. Will return again.

Nice little serviced apartments in heart of williamstown. Staff were terrific.
