"This hotel was great, and popular--their large parking lot was mostly full when I looked the next morning. It's only about a mile and a half from Ben & Jerry's factory tour. The staff was friendly and great--especially Bill, who checked us in. The fitness room was good, although it had machines exclusively, with no dumbells. The indoor pool looked nice too, although we didn't have time to use it. The hot breakfast was very good, as was the conscientious staff member maintaining it. They are located on a hillside above the main road below, and the short road leading to the hotel is crazy steep--a tricky road for a trailor or RV, even in summertime. :-) We enjoyed our stay, and would be happy to stay here again."

"The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds i have ever slept on. Room was clean and stocked with coffee and the shower essentials. Breakfast was included and had a decenet variety. The check in gentleman was so courteous and nice. 5/5 from me "

"This place would be great during busy periods. Do not hesitate to stay. Would be cute and fun for a ski lodge barn vibe and everything is brand new. As is the case... theres currently a reliance on texting for communication, check in check out, etc and they are totally upfront about this. Simply one should know it is very no frills. "This was a charming inn in the countryside of Vermont with beautiful mountains and valleys. Excellent location in the Mad River Valley to explore the small towns surrounding it!! Historic charm and very accommodating hosts. Friendly service. They are very Informative. Great breakfast as a bonus!! We would definitely recommend and would go back. "
