My room was only cleaned once during my 4 day stay and I had to ask for that. There were stains on the couch, blanket and towels. There was no coffee or milk at 9:30 am during the continental breakfast. But on a positive note, I felt safe and slept well.

My room was nice and the property was very clean. The front desk clerk was helpful. I was able to have my dog stay with me for a reasonable charge. This location is very convenient to I-395 and the casinos.

Overall the start of the stay was great, check in was easy and getting everything to our room was great but there was a smell in the room that was making me sick, we had to leave early anyhow but I don’t think I would have made it through the night here anyhow. The carpet felt consistently moist and there was a group of Hispanic speaking individuals who were yelling in Spanish and banging on our door trying to get in. We concluded they were drunk but it still made us feel extremely unsafe. The bathtub also didn’t work, the pullout tab to close the drain felt like it was going to snap off in my hand. The pool was also really really tiny, which isn’t an issue but just in case anyone was wondering. At the start of our stay as well there were people outside banging on our window from the outside. I’ll probably never stay here again but if you need to as a stop to getting somewhere and out of necessity, it’s not the worst place to stay.

A disappointing experience
We arrived to our room and it had an overpowering smell of cigarettes. It was so disgusting that we went to the grocery store and bought disinfectant and fragrant sprays. We also had to buy bug sprays because there was flies and fruit flies flying around. In the morning we realized the handle was broken in the shower/tub so we had no water. They switched us to another room. This room did not have a tobacco smell so it was better however the tub would not fill in this room. I have a back injury and take baths versus showers. All in all I would not come back to this hotel.

Property advertised exercise room but it was filled with construction equipment and could not be used. Also no soap available for washing machines. VERY limited breakfast items and ALWAYS the same every day. Housekeeping service only every 3rd day and we were NOT told this on check on. They did accommodate our request for servce every other day. I did not check to see if this incurred additional charges.

The hotel was very clean amd quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was adequate. Waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit and breakfast sandwiches. My only disappointment was with the bathroom. The water temp was hard to regulate in the shower. The bathroom fixtures should be replaced. Having said that i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
