Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Our room was close to common areas and could be noisy.
Location: Near major highway, airport, and Walmart
Two night stay. Desk staff extremely helpful. Friendly breakfast buffet staff has an above average selection of food.

Location: Close to shopping and many places to eat!
Really nice looking Hotel, great room and lobby! Wonderful pool and hot tub! Great free wi-fi, could not have found a better place to stay for the money!

Very fast check in. Nice lobby. Food was available. The check in person was great. Very friendly. Check in was easy. My room is very nice. Always consistent at this hotel. The only bummer was the hot tub is out of service.

It was great from the beginning to the end. The staff was great. Very welcoming. Checkout went well. My room was nice. I then went down to see what the dinner was. It was excellent. Pot roast sandwiches with cole slaw and watermelon. I then spent time in my room doing work. The bed was so comfy, I fell asleep early around 10. I slept well, got up and went down to breakfast. Overall a consistent experience.

Nice enough room but no heat. Stayed there. 2 nights, the first night had heat. Second night heater just blew out cold air. Slept by pulling the blanket all around me. Didn't get up at 2 am to complain and change rooms. This hotel was in Williston North Dakota, not a warm warm place. Rented 3 rooms had to go to my daughters room to get ready the next morning. Told the front desk who said he would notify the manager. Never did. My sister did not get her room cleaned the second night. Was left the same was as she left on the second morning. Not cleaned (bed not made and no clean towels) no maid service when you come back at 8:00 pm that evening. Called the manager the next day and her idea of compensation was to give me points. Told me I was already getting a 20% discount by using orbitz who I booked the rooms through. Used to like best western hotels but will not anymore
