I had a headache the whole time I stayed there because the building reeks of stale cigarette smoke. The grass area for pets is complicated to access. I was not please with the cleanliness at all.

I booked for the hot tub that was advertised and pool only to find out after check in that both were down for maintenance. The lady didn’t even tell me so we got changed and back downstairs to see it was closed

If you plan on staying in town longer than a week than this is the place. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast you can find. The staff is really helpful it’s close to a few things but like most stuff in Williston you need a car. I will pick this over any big name company

Booked this through EXPEDIA and EXPEDIA did this to us in Feb2023. We were looking forward to hot tub and pool at Williston location to find out after checking in that is under maintenance shutdown. In Feb we left Sea World early to take advantage of pool and hotub at our EXPEDIA booked location to find out after checking in and that facility in San Diego was completly removed from their location. When we look forward to immenities available at our stays you post get your s@#t together and not false advertise

The SAME breakfast everyday, REALLY??!!! The pool not working, thinking this is a scam by motel owners, oh we have a pool!! Never open, but we have a pool!!! We stayed here 2 years ago, now new owners, another scam, way more rundown, our bed didn't have a mattress pad, so we bought one for our week stay, checked another room, yep, mattress pad!!! Someone else's dirty towel on the hook in the bathroom upon arrival, tv remote was not working, had to re-key our rooms keys almost everyday. We would have gone to a different motel, but not without eating that room for a week on expedia, never again!!

Advertised pool. It was not working wasnt told at check in. Room so dirty. Candy under bed, spoon stuck to top of headboard. Tv stand chewed up and wood all around(rodent chew) no light bulb in bathroom asked for 1 never got it. I put my hand on window sill left imprint from dust. Carpet stained my socks red. So gross.

There was a weird smell in the motel and i love the fact that it was pet friendly but no place to take them to potty that was fenced in so they could run for a couple min while being cooped in a small room.

We just quit staying at Quality Inn after 3 times because of various complaints. Days Inn was much better. The floor maybe needed vacuuming but all else was good.

OK for our 1 night stay.
Our main issue was that the bed was terrible, definitely needs to be replaced. There were no washcloths provided. The hot breakfast was gone at 7:30 and the desk attendants didn't seem to know what needed to be done. They did try though so you have to give them credit for that. All of the staff were very friendly. The room was clean. So I guess our main problem was with the bed.

Although we booked this property three months in advance, our on-time arrival was met with surprise and unpreparedness. Management seemed non-existent as housekeepers and the dining facility manager manually checked us in as best they could. Very disappointing stay.

I appreciated the manager's demeanor and attitude in helping me, my family, and the extended party that was there for a wedding. There was a lot going on and a lot to juggle, but they handled it all with professionalism.
