Hotel for truck drivers only

Pros: close to airport
so noisy the hotel with trucks and people speaking loud outside. the room was kind of old with some lights requiring replacement and the bath was not good at all.

Pros: Good location
Cons: Working hot tub.
Location: We enjoyed going to the local Pumpkin Patch.
Had issues with an unclean bathroom and failure to clean it up as promised. The evening front desk host, Mahogany, did transfer us to a clean room when we discovered it had not been taken care of. She was very pleasant and professional. We were disappointed that the hot tubs were out of order,

Very comfortable and clean place to stay. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast staff was always smiling and happy. I would recommend it again

Frustrated and Unhappy!

This was business trip, the room was somewhat clean but in the need of a deep cleaning. Dirt in the bathroom corners etc. It was extremely frustrating when an overnight package was confirmed delivered by USPS but the hotel had misplaced it or didn't have a procedure to deliver mail to guests which is totally unbelievable when they advertise their conference center for business use. Guess they don't understand the urgency of overnight deliveries and think people just pay the extra $40 for overnight delivery for the heck of it but 24 hours later the package was located however. I explanation was provided just sorry. I was beyond frustrated when I cane out of the shower and found a housekeeper in my room. I'm Standing in a towel and you'd think she would of left immediately but instead it took me yelling to shut the door and after her still not complying slamming the door in her face. What an invasion of privacy. The hotel general manager stated she thought the room was empty however there were several bags at the door the television was on the news channel and the bathroom door cracked and was within eyesight of the entry door. I don't believe her excuse nor do I believe the general manager would even go so far to expect me to find that excuse reassuring. She had to hear the hear the shower I could hear it clearly, I just have to wonder what her intentions were? My purse was on the bed and I will double think it's placement while showering in the future!

Thank you for your response, your feedback is very important to us. We apologize that you had some issues during your stay with us. We will be addressing your concerns. We are a conference center hotel and we do have a process we follow when it comes to guest packages. Once package arrives we look up guest name, note the guest account for package, locate room number and call the guest to let him/her know they have a package at the front desk. We mark the package with the guest information. If guest informs us ahead of time that he/she will be receiving a package we will make a notation on the guest account and if given approval will deliver package to the guest room. I apologize that this procedure was not followed and I will address the staff on package handling. As for the housekeepers, I will address this issue to the housekeeping management. We have not had any issues with our staff having bad intentions nor have we had any unfortunate events. I apologize that you were made to fill uncomfortable, and invaded, we want our guest to enjoy their stay and feel safe. Again I will be addressing the housekeeping management regarding your stay. As for the GM his name is David. We hope to earn your business in the future and the issues you incurred will be corrected. Thank you again for your response and for staying with us. Good night's stay

very good overall; some noise from lounge and wish there were an elevator but great proximity to airport and friendly, helpful staff

We are a conference hotel, so our lot mostly consists of parking for our Conventions/Events/guests and to accommodate our guests that have big rigs, so therefore not much landscaping. A little uneasy.

It was ok, but the appearance of the site was more like a truck stop than a hotel. Mahogeny at front desk was very helpful. Room was spartan, but acceptable and comfortable. The place could be much improved with some attention to landscaping. There is none. All concrete! When I returned after dark, the sign was not lighted, so almost missed it. Felt like it was almost empty, deserted. Probably would not select it again.

King suite was spacious and fresh. Breakfast with table service was terrific.
