I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with a king bed instead. It was very late when we checked in so I didn’t try to change rooms because I had been traveling for 12 hours and was completely exhausted. It took the night shift person forever to come check me in and appeared to have been sleeping. This property is in serious need of updating and cleaning.

It was as nice as to be expected with only one employee working both the front desk and the breakfast area. Luggage cart had a broken/flat tire and water on the floor.

The beds could of been softer. The ventillation system was noisy. No clock or alarm clock. The microwave was junk. Bigger TV. Better breakfast.

I specifically called to make sure pool and hot tub were working because of past reviews. They guaranteed me water problem had been Addressed and were. The hot tub I found out was not and hadn't been in years. They did nothing to make it right.

We love this hotel! Every time we are in Williston this is where we stay. It is always clean and the employees are super friendly and helpful. We do think the mattresses are a little firm but still comfortable.

The Hampton Inn in Williston is in a great location. We were there to spend time with family and it was a great central location for everyone. The staff is particularly friendly too! Way to go Hilton for hiring such friendly and competent staff!

Our stay was amazing, the breakfast was great and with the allergies my daughter and i have i was surprised the variety there was. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was out of order but i just sat on the edge of tge pool and watched my daughter swim.
