This property is in a good location and that is about the only positive thing. The breakfast area was a constant mess. Both times we tried to eat breakfast 45 min before it was over the food co gainers were empty and the place was disgusting. Even after returning hours later it still had not been cleaned up. The carpet and wall on the third floor had something resembling pizza sauce from the time we checked in to the time we checked out three days later.

Hotel pool area was not opening or functioning at all. The lady who checked us in indicated it was likely going to be closed for the entire winter. IF you are booking and paying more for this hotel to plan on using the pool I highly recommend calling ahead to see if it is working or not. Apparently this is how alot of hotels operate in Williston - they have pools or hottubs but do not have them functioning. Also the breakfast area was dirty and out of supplies and no one was around to clean or refill anything.

The hotel is fine and is in a convient location for me, but the room was 87° when i arrived and the were someone else's leftovers in the fridge. Made me wonder what else wasn't cleaned.

Check in was not great. Was told twice they didn't know how to do that and to come back down at midnight to do so. One of which being checking in and paying the extra fee for our dog. The room wasn't as expected from photos and reviews. There were dead bugs on the window sill, 5 as my daughter counted. The room temp was set at 80 when we walked in. The back of the remote control also missing. Staff rude and unhelpful for minor things, such as directions to our room and where best to park as I am disabled.

Our room had not been vacuum dirt was around on the carpet. Sheets on one of our bed were stained but smelled clean. The window sit pillar was stained. I think maybe more housekeepers need to be on staff to make sure enough time is spent on cleaning the rooms once the oil workers are checked out of the room.

The property was very in a convenient location, close to shopping, event and excellent dining. Hotel staff was great, room wasn't huge by any means but very sufficient for our overnight needs.

A good stay, but the TV needed attention to even have a signal... they had to come from the desk, poke around behind the TV to get a signal. As soon as you turned if off and back on... same process. . WIFI access did not connect.

If the guy at the front desk didnt wait to call me at midnight to come add a card to my room, which i had already done at check in, i wouldn't have been so mad. But the fact of when i went down the next morning to add the card and he took 15 minutes just to tell me that the card on file was just fine, then i kinda lost my mind. Not a great place if you want rest.

Worst experience, lobby was not clean, washroom has a foul smell, pool was not working, breakfast time was 6.30 to 9.30 am, when reach for breakfast at 8.30 there was nothing left, when asked for breakfast they take out froze beagle and give it to me, rude staff, please stay away from this place

Pool was down and had been. Wales false advertising to not let it be known beforehand. Room was filthy! Food and beer cans in the garage and the floor not vacuumed! Just guessing the bed sheets weren’t changed either! Gross this time!

I had a great room, it was clean, and the staff was nice. I slept great, and the bed was really comfy. Only thing I fidnt care for was the breakfast.. the food had zero taste.. the eggs, and bacon.. it was like eating when I had covid except i can taste! Everything else was great!

Overall I will not be coming here again. I wanted to have a family trip and got there and found out the pool was t working and wasn’t working for a while but nobody told me and site doesn’t mention anything. Breakfast had only one item sitting out so my kids didn’t eat. The staff was not eager to help and when I asked about issues they didn’t seem to care
