Nicest rooms you'll find in town

This hotel always has the nicest and cleanest rooms in town. The staff is very friendly at the front desk and can't beat the continental breakfast before leaving for the day.

Horrible staff!

Night audit staff was AMAZING and very helpful. Unfortunately morning staff ruined it for me. I was called at 9am (I went to bed at 6am due to work) to rudely inform me I was due to check out at 11 and asked if I was leaving or staying. They called me again at 10am, I ignored it and they called AGAIN. I answered and informed them once again I'd be leaving that day as planned. At 11:03 they called again to inform me it was 11 and they needed me to hurry out because of housekeeping... 11:03. My bags were in my hand already. I was given dirty looks the previous morning but who I'm assuming was the same girl that called. Because the following day I called to ask if they held money on my card when they took my card number for incidentals. She told me no, they don't hold money they just take the number just in case. After telling her i seen a $200 hold on my account from them she rudely said she'd call her supervisor and call me back. When she called back she told me they DO ahold the money then proceeded to call me a liar and told me I was told that and that I signed for it. I didn't sign for a $200 hold on my card, nor was I told so. She kept insisting I was told even though she was not there at checkin. It's also not their policy to tell you because she didn't know about the hold untils he called her supervisor. I was advised the money would be released in 24 hours. I have yet to see it. Hotel is great. Management is great. Morning staff is HORRIFIC. This review is not my end.

No expereince checking in Expedia reservations

After a 400 mile trip, I just wanted to get to my room. It was late at night. The front desk clerk looked for my reservation, saw that it was prepaid, then asked me for my c card and swiped it (3x). Why? Then, 25 minutes later and after a call to the manager, he told me he has to call Expedia and told me I may have to come down to sign papers later that evening. Unfortunately he had no clue

I didn't even get to back into my room the lady there was so rude and I never got my money refunded back to my card that was a $200 charge that I didn't even get to stay in a room for and I books for the most expensive suite for two nights in a row and lost the money and a place to stay

Walking distance to shopping and dining

We enjoyed our stay there was no need to drive restaurants and shopping was close by. The staff was friendly and helpful

Nice hotel, good price

We liked the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. I would stay again. It was very close to the airport, stores and restaurants.
