The check in process went well and room was fine. We had an emergency happen where my child ended up going to the ER and then we went home @4am finally and the staff said they wished there was something they could do, but we booked 3rd party& to contact them for a refund! Did that and they denied it! Horrible service, they are so hard up that they can't have a heart. Shame on them!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was ok. Our room was small and not well lit, but we appreciated the bathtub, microwave, and fridge! Pet friendly with low fee!

Family wedding weekend.
Nice facility, convenient to major roads. Nice breakfast, good looking pool area. Hallway carpets need to be updated, threadbare and holes in them.

stayed 2 separate weeks with a few days in between.....first stay...room 2nd floor --good 2nd stay bottom floor room-- average...borderline poor...bedding was worn and tattered....flooring felt wet. facility and staff and compliment breakfast very good otherwise

The hotel and the room were very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and my room had a larger mini-fridge... very convenient.nice hotel.

One of the nicest super 8 locations I’ve ever stayed at! Very friendly staff, in a beautiful town, I was actually impressed by the condition of the room! The workers here are dedicated to customer service! Great Job!

Was a little offended when the check in guy told me that it was only a full size bed and didn’t think that we would fit it. We didn’t want to pay a-lot so that is why we picked that. Told him I knew that and if you want to upgrade us with the same rate he could and he never said a word. We fit just fine …don’t assume!

If you want a Room that Smells musty and old but the hallways are aligned with Air Fresheners and Smell great they mask that smell so well. The couch we had in our room had no back to the cushion leaving it exposed as you all most fell to the ground when you sat on it. The Breakfast is AMAZING tho. i would not recommend or ever stay her again!!!

The only thing clean was the bed I slept in. Other than that the entire hotel is filthy and needs to be washed with soap. Spraying with cleaner and wiping off is not cleaning.

Getting called several times early Sunday morning by staff and having police pounding on my hotel door at 6am because somebody let their child roam the hotel hallways, was unacceptable. The hotel specifically asked the age of any minor guests. Staff should not be knocking on doors at 5 AM and blowing up their hotel room phone at that time. It interrupted the poor sleep I already got because of the air conditioner blowing for five minutes off and on all night long. Also, nobody at the front desk let me know the pool hours or the breakfast hours. I had to figure that out myself. I was highly disappointed in the overall experience.

When we arrived we checked in and we were in a hurry to get to our nieces wedding and the guy called the room and said we needed to go to the front desk, we were already running late so I called and the guy said he was at our door. We were already gone he couldn’t understand that we were no there he hung up on us so I called back and asked if we could talk on the phone he said yes and hung up again. So when we came back to the hotel he was watching for us and was right there and all it was for was a pet deposit. So we took care of that. The same guy came and knocked on our door really late. Then called the room super early in the morning. It was like we had been in jail from check in to check out. My fiancé is handicapped and the room we had got was handicap and we could barely move in it. Plus thought it would have been a good choice but I will never stay again

Staff was not very friendly. Frig/ freezer in the room was iced over and could not be used. We had ice packs that we needed to put in and couldn't. Bed was a little to soft.

False / misleading EV advertising
False advertising. This place does NOT have EV charging. We drove 50 miles out of the way because they advertised they offered EV charging. We called before booking to confirm they offered Level 2 (8-11kw/hr) charging. They said yes. When we arrived they showed us 2 standard 117AC poles where we could plug in. Level 1 and useless. We couldn't cancel our room because we didn't know 24 hrs ahead. Shame on HOTELS.com and shame on Super 8. 😞
