Area was clean. Staff was friendly enough. Room was good sized. Bed was very low to the ground and way too soft. Hard to get out of. Bathroom was huge but the water for the shower was barely warm at best. Shower head was broken and couldn’t be adjusted. Curtain was damaged and had grime on it.

The room seemed to be clean but we were very disappointed in the maintenance in the bathroom. The door wouldn't shut, the toilet lid was loose, the toilet rocked on the floor, the bathtub drain was broken off, the vent fan didn't work. Considering there was so much wrong with this one room, I wonder how many other rooms are similar...

I was offered to use the electrical outlets in the parking lot for charging my car. This was wonderful, and with the property's agreement, I added that information into the PlugShare app. The level 1 charge overnight is just what I needed.

We booked the room online through Orbitz. We booked a pre-paid non-refundable room. When we arrived at the hotel we were told we could not stay there because we were residents of the county, which was not indicated that there were restrictions when we booked the room through Orbitz. We asked to talk to the Manager who took one look at us and said we were acceptable to stay at the establishment. This did not seem like a very customer focused practice and should be laid out in the online registration. We did not have another option if we would not have been allowed to stay at this hotel, so please make this clear to customers in the future.

I reserved a room for a manager that works for me, who was helping my store in Willmar. He got checked in, but the first morning he was there a "Supervisor" started grilling him about the smoking policy. Repeated several times that theres no smoking, cigarettes or marijuana in the rooms. My manager does smoke cigarettes and smells like it, but never smoked in the building. The supervisor called him back to the hotel late morning/early afternoon to kick him out for smoking marijuana in the room. When he tried to talk to the guy the Supervisor got very aggressive, told him he was going to call the police. I called to speek with the Supervisor, i very calmly asked what was going on, and tried tonask some questions, he immediately told me if i was going to interupt that conversation was over and hung up. I called back to ask for a corporate number, he told me to google it. I asked if he had a Supervisor i could speek to, he said no to giving me a number. I offered to give my number, i asked when the Supervisor would be in, he refused to tell me. He stated that his nose is really good and can smell marijuana on tue North side of the building when he's all the way on the south. This guy was super rude, and outrageously aggressive. He saw a black man in a rural area, who smelled of cigarette smoke and kicked him out without cause or proof. F9rnthe record, i stood next tonthe young man and he smelled of cigarettes but not a bit like marijuana. I would like a refund.

Overall cleanliness is lacking. Dirty walls, floors, lampshade, and furniture. Breakfast did not include hot eggs and meat. It was well stocked with other options though.

I waited 20 min at the front desk after calling several times and before going in search of staff. I was then told that I was lying, had not been waiting and had not called. The hotel smelled of cooked cabbage the first day.

Nothing particularly 'unique', but it was standard clean w/o any complaints. We agreed we'd stay there again. A little dated, but still clean and comfortable. We had warned owner ahead of time our check-in would be extremely late (after distant drive-in movie as we travelled west) and he wasn't overly pleased, but did awaken to answer our buzz-in at the counter and didn't complain.

Fairly ordinary motel; rooms clean, convenient parking; the staff were OK, not particularly gracious but business-polite. The surcharge "hold" of an extra $50 in the event we damaged the room was a surprise. WE DID NOT DAMAGE THE ROOM by the way! It was explained rather matter-of-fact, but I still felt a bit insulted by it.

We like staying here because we feel it doesn't have a lot of rowdiness and is safe, unlike some others in the city. Everything seemed clean with the exception of some things missed by the vacuum and washcloths were a little dingy but clean. Beds were comfortable and sheets and pillows were definitely clean.
