Very near to the town centre and offered good pub food and rooms
Lovely location and ideal if you have a car. Took us 35 mins to walk into Alnwick which was no problem. Philly was a wonderful host.
Very friendly. Excellent breakfast (and accommodating my request for porridge!). Room is clean and nicely presented. Very good value for money.

Have stayed here a number of times and we got a great room until breakfast time at 8am when people's were standing outside of our room(room 4) and were quite noisy. I have a feeling this has changed hands in the last few months
