False advertisement of beds

The description of the room said three beds. Our group had three people and the room had one queen bed. We were offered to pay for another room. But at the rate we already paid for this location, that was out of the question. I feel like we should've been offered more for the mixup so no one had to sleep on the floor. I would not have paid the rate I did for that room if I knew the actual bed situation. Disappointed.

Butterfly Inn Wills Point Texas

Place was hard to find. Our names with the code to the front door was taped on the door. No one on the premises. 1 bathroom for 12 women. Bathroom was dirty and you could not stand up in the shower the ceiling was so low. Could not use a blow dryer or curling iron as it would blow the circuit and the lights would go off in the house. 13" TV in our room and there were VHS movies to watch. Yard had not been mowed front sidewalk was broken up you could not walk on it. The person who left her name on the letter was not helpful. Would never stay there again. There was no mention of spa services.
