I got everything I asked for with a friendly "can-do" attitude. The suite was big, nice, nicely furnished, big shower (no bath in mine)...it was just a really great weekend, and the hotel facilitated it all for me. Need comforters that are "less-warm"? "Of course, sir!" Need some plain/natur yoghurt for the Turkish meal you are preparing in your room on a Sunday? "We'll bring it right up, sir!" Couples massage in the spa? "Naturally, we can do that for you!" And several other such things. It was very cool to have a kitchen, and we cooked a beautiful meal on one of the days. Not many hotels in Berlin are arranged so. Many thanks to the people at Louisa's that made it such a nice stay.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are all renovated. They are clean and the service was very good. It is on a quiet neighborhood, and although we had to keep our windows open, because it was hot and there was no air conditioning, we didn't have a problem sleeping. There is parking available in the hotel for a reasonable fee, and there was some free parking around the block. The hotel is close to Kurfurstendam, a nice street with a lot of shops and restaurants around.

The hotel was in a great, quiet location, close to public transportation. We were only in Berlin for two days so we had to cram in a lot of sightseeing and this hotel was a perfect base. the decor is definitely outdated, but the rooms are very clean and very comfortable. There was free parking on site, which was fantastic and rare in Europe. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was very friendly and helpful with directions and sightseeing recommendations. The reason I only gave the staff a 3 out of 5 was because of the experience we had at the included in the price breakfast. I was traveling with my parents and my 4 month old baby. We decided to split up breakfast with my parents going first and then my mom coming back and watching the baby while my dad kept me company at breakfast. The staff working the room were rude to my father because it was his second trip down - never mind the fact that he only had coffee the second trip and couldn't even sit down because it was so crowded. Or that we had two rooms with double occupancy allowances and the baby obviously wasn't eating. Other than that I have no complaints. If you get a really good price, don't hesitate to book.

Overall was a very nice stay at the hotel. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean and basic. Was a good 25 minutes walk to Berlin Zoo so in the end got the underground everywhere which was easy and cheap.

Hotel located in a quite residential area just two minutes from Konstanzer metro station [ U7 Bahn line ]. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of meats and cheeses [ don't expect fried eggs and bacon, this is Germany ]. Reception desk personnel were extremely friendly and very helpful. Large comfortable room and beds, very clean. No bar or lounge area. Five minute walk to the Kurfursten, the Regent Street of Berlin. Overall excellent value for money.
For getting around Berlin buy either the all zone ABC day ticket €7.20 or the AB central zone day ticket €6.70 for unlimited travel on the trains, metro, buses or trams. Tickets can be purchased in advance from Tourist Offices and at stations. Don't forget to validate before start of journey. A visit to Potsdam is a must [ SW of the city ].

This hotel is really more like an nice old-fashioned "pension." It was on the second floor of a building in a good neighborhood. The single room was tiny but completely sufficient for one night. Don't expect anything but a clean room and a just ok twin bed. I would only stay there again if I had a quick one-niter in Berlin. The staff was very friends; the breakfast was just ok. Thanks.

Part of the borough of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf since 2001, Wilmersdorf offers visitors a quiet option in the heart of Berlin. Boasting a variety of cafes and restaurants, the neighborhood is also home to the Kirche am Hohenzollernplatz. This iconic church is considered one of the finest examples of Brick Expressionism and its striking design has earned it the nickname God's Powerhouse.
