Construction

We were not aware that construction had the property blocked and that we had too go to the hotel balliest to check in and then carry our luggage about a football field. We did park at the hotel free but had to walk alot. The room was clean even though the shampoo and the other product were used. Great view

Weekend stay, first time in Wilmington.

Cons: parking
Location: The location was perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to do.
We had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice and perfectly located. Our condo was on the 4th floor. This offered a nice view. I would stay here again or on a floor above for slightly better view. The coffee and bagel shop on the first level was convenient. The quality of the coffee & bagels were very good! We enjoyed the Riverwalk, the horse and carriage ride and toured several recommended sites. The only negative was the construction in the area and the parking arrangement.

Dirty and worn No parking and got harassed when to park in parking across the street

Parking was terrible

The suite was wonderful. To get to it a was nightmare. And a had my handicap plate with me. It did not matter. I got sick my husband pulled in buy the entance. Took me in. Maybe 3 minutes he went to move the car in the suites parking lot, he was getting a $40.00 ticket. Tryed explaining I was sick. It didn't matter. He was told he couldn't even put his feet on that parking lot.

Ok experience

There were a lot of construction going on, but we found the place alright. During the check in process, They asked if we would like to pay for parking in their lot (keep in mind that Riverview Suites do not have parking). We thought about it and paid for parking. The next morning they kicked us out of the parking lot. If the hotel planned on working on the lot, you shouldn't offer us parking in the first place. We got out refund easily, but the experience was not pleasant.

Dust & Inconvenience for Days

I'm glad I called on the way to Wilmington because little did I know that I had to go to a totally different hotel, the Hilton, to check in in the back of the hotel because they were renovating, then move the car from one side of the Hilton to the other to park the car, then walk a half block and across the street to go to our actual "hotel" which is really an apartment building. At this point, I'm wondering why we didn't just stay at the Hilton. Our beautiful riverview was blocked by the large Coast Guard ship so that was disappointing. Dust was everywhere! We were sneezing and whiping dust of the tables and dressers the whole weekend. The only good thing I have to say is it was in a great location and we enjoyed the suite layout.

Great location, staff was very helpful. A couple of items needed to be remedied in my room but otherwise was an enjoyable stay.

Weekend fishing trip

Check in process and parking was very inconvenient. Was not informed while booking. Also told at checkin that there was a 12$ per vehicle parking fee. That was not covered at booking either.

Great place!, close to downtown and restaurants. You can get to all places without driving. I have stayed here before and I like it more every time

Beatiful views great location
