Very nice stay

Front desk staff nice. Rooms were very clean with all toiletries needed for an excellent stay. Breakfast was good. On Sunday they ran out of eggs and hash browns but other good items were OK to replace such as bagels, cereal it waffles.

Great customer service but we had a bad experience with the room we got. The toilet didn't work and also our room smelled like cigarettes. We have selected non smoking, other than that the staff was great.

Pros: Room, it`s big and comfy
Cons: All good
Location: In LA is everything far nothing close
When in hotel it was OK. mostly out in LA busy to be in hotel, nothing to say

Total Disappointment

Total joke! I booked on hotels. com, went to check in, and we didn't even have a room. Not sure if it was the hotels fault, or hotels.com fault, but after a long day traveling and finally arriving at our hotel to be told that we didn't have a room there was more than a little irritating. The hotel was booked, so they just couldn't put us in an empty room. Also, called hotels.com to remedy the situation, and they were no help at all.
