Not for business travelers.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Service for business travelers.
Poor service. No room service. Employees are generally inattentive. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel had the feel of a place that was last renovated many, many years ago. The mattress was soft, the bathroom fixtures were cheap and things just seem worn out. I would try somewhere else in Wilmington before I returned to this hotel.

WiFi needs to be better in terms of reliability and cell service was weak at best. Free buffet breakfast should be included with the price you pay!! Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable.

Great downtown location

This was a very nice hotel in downtown Wilmington. The only draw back is that it's a few block from the Wilmington Hospital Emergency Department and ambulances go by frequently.

Conveniently located in downtown WLM. Close to restaurants. Good coffee and danish at hotel in morning.
