My stay

It was ok. I feel like it could of been better from the money we had to pay. My bed had blood stains on the pillows and front desk was rude along with the call center. On top of that I wasn't informed on the 50.00 hold that was being put on my card. It wasn't so good in my opinion.

THREE NIGHTS STAY

Pros: Cleanliness and comfort
Cons: Nothing
Location: An excellent locations which shops, restaurants and golf courses close by.
Marriott Hotels are a cut above most and the Marriott in Wilmington certainly lived up to our high expectations.

Graduation trip

Location: UNC WILMINGTON
I had reserved four rooms three of which I checked in upon arrival and they gave us three room keys. when one of the three arrived they gave him another key for one of the rooms already assigned. When the fourth party arrived they wanted to charge him $279 (two and half times more than the $99 reservation made last year ) because it was graduation weekend and a golf tournament. They did eventually honor the $99 rate and tried to blame it on Expedia. This hotel is not good for people that can't walk far, there is an elevator by the registration desk and one in the rear of the hotel, seniors should request the first floor if they have difficulty walking. The rooms look like they were renovated but seemed to have to much furniture (a couch) for the size of the room.

Nice hotel BUT you have to pay for breakfast!

Cons: Include free breakfast
Location: Great
Everything was great until we found out breakfast is not free. And the price isn't cheap. It would definitely be an added value to the hotel if breakfast is included.

The rooms was very nice BUT beds were entirely too small for 2 adults to sleep comfortably in!

Excellent Business Trip

Pros: The location and the courteous employees.
From check in time, to overnight stay, to breakfast, to class, to departure, these people were superb. This is an excellent place to stay.
