The front desk attendant was extremely friendly and helpful in switching our room when we requested 2 beds. Unfortunately, we found trash left in our room, the TV didn’t work, and neither did the thermostat. The whole room had the faint scent of dirty sock. Other guests filling the hotel were very loud all night. In general the property looked run down and old, the empty pool and surrounding area added to the depressing vibe.

I give this hotel the stars 3,4 because some staff treated me stupid.And I did not see when I booked it that they don’t have free breakfast here and no microwave inside the room and the refrigerator to small. Blessings

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, while in town to tour UNC Wilmington's campus. The staff were all exceedingly friendly with amazing customer service. It was perfect for our needs.

The staff were super friendly and always helpful. The room was so clean and I felt comfortable in it. The only thing was that there are a ton of wasps.

We did not get to check in! We had already paid for a double bed and The hotel said they booked our room to someone else and refused to assist us with accommodations. I will never book a hotel through Expedia again or stay at that hotel! I want a refund.

The air-conditioning was faulty and making noise we request to be fixed by calling the reception we end up sleeping without it cause Infortunatly no one came we had to wake up freezing in the morning ,they have collected 90$ as a deposite untill now didn t reflect back into my account its been almost a week meawhile other hotels they give us the refund immediately...

Problems checking in. Reserved a room with a King Bed with a double sofa bed for two adults and two children. Received a King bed and a twin sofa bed. Asked to change rooms and initially by a staff member told had to contact Travelocity and rebook. Another very helpful staff member was then able to change our room but we ended up in a room with two double beds. Not what we wanted or requested, as we walked into our new room but accepted due to tight schedule. Will be a tight sleep for two adults in a double bed. Dissatisfied.

For the cost of the room, there should be a microwaves in the rooms, no newspapers. Only having one choice for coffee which was Starbucks and too expensive. We had a "USED DIRTY GLOVE " ON TH FLOOR UNDER THE DESK" AWFUL.

We had a very late check-in. In the morning we told the front desk staff that one of the comforters in our room smelled of urine. We left for the day, came back late that night and the room had not been cleaned at all, beds not made, etc. Won't stay here again.

No extras here. One itty bitty bar of soap, no body lotion and shower cap, etc.. There were the refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower but the body wash was empty. Kleenex box had two kleenexes left. They only make up the room every three days unless you request it. No breakfast unless you pay for it. Sofa was pretty beat up. Shower was nice and hot, though, and good water pressure. Had to ask for more towels. Bed was pretty comfy but the pillows were not. The little refrigerator froze my cokes and one exploded so I had a mess to clean up. Could not get Netflix to work on the TV. Not a bad location.

Overall, it's a nice hotel, nice and quiet room. The sofa makes it comfortable for relaxing In the evening. Only fault was that the body wash container was empty in the shower. So they obviously need to start checking those on an everyday routine.

The staff of front desk and the cafe bar were very friendly. The cleaning ladies were excellent with their work,my room was very clean and you could smell how fresh and clean they left the room.Interior of lobby and Room were nice and clean. I only have one bad thing to say, the outside patio chairs were dirty and needed to be washed down at least weekly. I would still recommend staying here.

This property is overdue for a remodel. There were stains on the carpet, there was a rug in the elevator to try and cover-up the crumbling tile, there were two dead bugs caught in the popcorn ceiling. The outside and side doors leading in were very rundown. The staff was helpful and friendly.
