Nice hotel close to the action

Only qualm about my experience was I didn't realize "accessible" meant no tub and right next to the pool, but that mostly rests on me, not the hotel itself. The room smelled like chlorine when we first entered, but we got used to it quickly. Also, I'm not sure if this is standard for all hotels, but an incidental fee was placed on my card upon check in. I understand that this will most likely be refunded when they examine the room and realize no damages were done, but I was not expecting an upfront charge and was not told of such a charge. I know having a card on file is standard for hotels in case anything happens, but did not know a charge would be placed upfront. Otherwise, the staff was extremely friendly, the room was very clean and tidy, and it was a 2 minute walk away from Main Street and the Opera House. We had a great weekend.

Location: went there for a concert at world live cafe...great walking distance to alot of shops etc

Close to the riverfront

Hotel was in a good location for our event. I was disappointed that parking wasn't included in the price of our hotel and that there is no breakfast served. The room was clean and the staff was great.

Location is the attribute.

Pros: Location is it. If attending an event at the Grand or other venue.
Cons: Pretty much everything.
Location: Close to major entertainment venues.
Curt, unfriendly staff. Loud, disrespectful cleaning staff. Old, worn features. No food service after 11 pm in an area without other resources. Location is the only reason to return.

Boarders on a sketch neighborhood, but very convenient to the Opera House. Also easy parking behind and under the Hotel. In room coffee set up was not clean and tasted like 12hr. convenience store coffee.

Hilton does use a Wolfgang Puck coffee product, and we brew fresh coffee in the lobby every morning. Very nice staff at front desk and in bar/restaurant. Free shuttle to go out within 5-mile radius was good to have, as the neighborhood had little to offer and did not invite strolling around. Peter the shuttle driver was especially pleasant and helpful.

Overbooked

Pros: We came back for breakfast and that was nice.
Cons: Do not overbook your hotel and blame your guests for your shortsightedness.
We arrived and were told they overbooked our room. The front desk was acted like it was our fault and then sent us to another hotel. We were supposed to get a two queen beds and ended up with one king which did not meet our groups requirements.
