No fridge we had a room that was suppose to be a beautiful river view and it was a roof view, also rooms were small So disappointing They helped us out a lol appreciate that a lot!

The location is what I liked best about the property. Following that the staff were very cordial and helpful, and under a little stress. The least liked aspect is trying to call the hotel. The number listed for the property on most internet sites does not go to the hotel. I physically had to go to the property to change hotel reservations.

Our experience wasn't the best only because our room was right behind the elevator shaft and that is what we heard all night long. However, the management was very apologetic, and I mentioned that quite possibly that would be a great place to relocate the ice machine along with soda machines. The management was very apologetic and insisted we have a free breakfast and hopefully in the future we can revisit.

Staff is friendly, right by shops and some restaurants. The walls are a little thin and you can hear every door open and close and people in rooms around you. Overall good hotel for a stay in the area.

Anyone we talked to was accommodating. valet was only $5 more than self park so we did that and the gentleman who run the valet were incredibly nice and always had our car back very fast. We were able to check in early which helped a ton and the room was clean. We would absolutely go back.

This hotel is located within walking distance of anything a visitor could desire (dining, bars, shopping, tourist activities, etc.). It's also along the Riverwalk for a leisurely stroll. Parking is plentiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. We felt very safe at all times of day and night.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday with a nice experience, but it was everything but nice. The hallway/room smelled of mildew, the rooms were dirty, the hotel staff were rude and dismissive, and overall just a bad experience.

First of all, the view from our room was the roof of the convention center. We requested a river view room. The room was clean, but not worth what we paid each night. We were left with one single washcloth for 3 people. The heat did not turn off in the room. When we set it to cool and set the temperature, the heat continued to blow. It was not intolerable, but inconvenient and made for a terrible sleep. We called the front desk and they sent up a fan the size of a softball. I suppose it was the thought that counted. I was appreciative. We were told there were no other rooms available when we called.

Parking was Terrible, room was dirty with nasty mold caulking. Fire alarm went off for almost a hour and staff was in trained on how to handle to situation. I won’t be staying at this location again when in the area.
