The room had an odor, kitchen floor dirty, shower head was loose from the wall, stand was falling apart. Couch was hard. Staff was friendly though. Hotel could use updated.

I was on the 5th floor and the room smelled like smoke, the pull out couch sheets was dirty and had food on them which Leeds me to believe they were not changed.
The staff was polite and welcoming. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t hear any street noise or loud guests. The neighborhood is college town. The hotel is beginning to show wear and tear. I would use this hotel again.
Our room was very dated, to include torn carpeting between the living room and the kitchenette. The shower was also terrible -- very little water pressure. Our refrigerator still had food from the previous guest in it, and the pillow on the two beds were tiny (3 per bed, each about 12 inches x 12 inches).

Homewood Suites have never let me down. Always a clean & comfortable room. The breakfast variety was good and it was tasty. Everyone was friendly and treated me well. If I ever get back to the area, I will be staying here again.

This hotel is very dated. Everything is extremely old. I came into my room at 10pm after a long day of travel and there was no toilet paper. Instead of waiting to take a dump I just called them and had them leave it at the door because I was too exhausted to wait. I found a random card on the floor as well which makes me wonder how clean they are. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the springs were digging into my sides. 3/5.

The people were great, but I waited hours for my room to be ready. Then, they just gave me a new room because my room wasn't close to being ready. I got here around 3pm and waited hours.

Closet door was broken. Other than that no issues. Staff was very nice and polite. Toilet overflowed and housekeeping was right on it. And the pool wasn't operating at the time of our visit.

The staff was amazing and responsive to every need. The decorations for the graduation weekend was so appreciated and made the whole family enthusiastic for the weekend. Although we had tight time commitments for the graduation ceremonies, the hotel's little touches such as water available, breakfast (perfect) coffee 24 hours) trail mix and water when we left etc, made everything so much easier. we did not even have to leave the hotel complex except for meals. Even the cocktail hour was amazing. When the pull out couch/bed broke, the staff responded quickly and addressed the issue with an adjustment that made the family even more happier and comfortable. We did not want to leave!! Thank you.
Small suggestion, please let guests know about cocktail reception and other extras via email or at check in so we could plan ahead. We wouldn't have made reservations and stayed for the whole thing.

This property should not be called a Hilton. The rooms and property were run down. Our room had a musty odor and was not clean. There was hair in the sink trap and a hair on our bed sheet. The mattress cover was ripped and torn. The pillows were old, stained, and smelled. There was food left in the refrigerator and the kitchen floor was sticky. We asked for a different room, but the new room had similar issues. Finally, someone was passed out on the lobby couch as we left early in the morning. I would highly suggest not staying at this hotel.

Although, we do have an older property, we take pride in maintaining it's clean old school look! My room was extremely dirty, hair on my towels, doors to the closet were not on, bathub was filthy, stains on carpet, mirror was dirty, room was cold even after I cranked up the temperature. Sorry, but you need to know these things.

I wish I would have read the reviews, especially the one from Dec 19th, they said bugs everywhere.
That is correct, the moment my husband opened the door, there was an infestation of roaches in the entry way leading to the kitchen.
We took pictures and videos. Before we left we reported it to the supervisor. This needs to be corrected immediately. I tried to attach a photo, it didn't let me.

Room was spacious, well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Treadmills in fitness room were down for service but plenty of other equipment. Pool area clean. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast just ok.
