We checked it and we left to get some food. When we went into our room all the cabinets and sofa was in the air and looked like everything was looked through. It scared my wife so badly. She didn’t want to stay in the hotel after. I told her we should call the lobby and ask why might have happened. The front desk explained that it’s for the staff and someone was supposed to check behind them and close everything back. It was hard for my wife to sleep well but it was a good stay..

Was there for 2 nights. Was unaware that they don’t provide housekeeping every day. Had to request more towels. One of the double beds were broken. On the 2nd evening I told the clerk at the front desk and he told me it was too late to move us. Which I wasn’t asking for. I just wanted to let them know there was an issue. When I checked out, the woman at the front desk was rude and asked if I reported it the 1st night, which I didn’t because we didn’t get home until late and was out early the next morning. When I asked her about housekeeping, she told me it was online that they clean every other day. So much for southern hospitality…. $501 for 2 nights, having to request more towels and broken bed is a lot of money to me.

We can’t wait to come back to this location! Very easy for having pets, many pet break areas with bags provided. The hotel was very clean and spacious. Modern rooms to make your vacation feel luxurious and affordable. It’s only 7 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from downtown Wilmington. Absolutely amazing!

The hotel was very nice love the room good customer service but the one bad thing about the room I found two bugs in my room but overall the hotel was very nice I probably stay again.

Came with my wife and older son, very comfortable room and the kitchenette area with a full fridge made a big difference. Breakfast quite good, better than most. I would come back to this place again.

Was clean, convient and quiet. Suite rate was good. Plenty of room and very pet friendly - our pit mix was welcome and she was delighted. We stayed one night. Only gripe was paying $75 pet fee for just one night - seemed too steep.

Loved the well-appointed, high quality room that was extremely clean and well designed. Enjoyed my stay for the most part. The staff was friendly, and loved breakfas Would have appreciated black out curtains that keep the room dark at night. The see-through curtain lets in all the light from other nearby hotels, street lights, and ground lights on the walkways below. Was difficult to sleep with so much light coming into the room. Not to mention privacy concerns when coming out of the shower with a window right across from the bathroom/dressing/mirror area. Also I believe that the higher occupancy rooms should never be on the top floor. The fourth floor seems to have the suites with the two queens and the pull out couch that sleeps more people. The low/single occupancy rooms should be at the top because they will “generally” make less floor noise. I am very mindful of my footsteps when staying in hotels or apartments; I slide rather than step or stomp. My 4th floor neighbor(s) above me were not as considerate, and kept me up all night with stomping the last night of my week long stay. I’m glad they were not there for the entire week as I was. My previous week’s stay was on the top floor, and it was a lovely week. This past week, I asked for top again, but was unfortunately placed on the 3rd floor. Hopefully I will be able to get a top floor again during my next stay, or I might need to book somewhere that has a top floor available for me. Thanks for your time!

The self-check in/out option, and room key on your phone is amazing for us with social anxiety. Although there was truly nothing to worry about, all the staff was kind and friendly. My daughter and I will definitely be back!

This is a very nice family friendly hotel for pet owners. Very close to shopping and restaurants. You can walk to the Mayfaire Town Center from this hotel.

The employees were nice but our hotel room was not clean! The sheets had spots on them and a towel in the bathroom had a mysterious reddish stain! The fridge was dirty and so was the bathroom floor. It wasn't stocked very well either. But it had a great fire pit area which was very nice!

The hotel reservationist was really nice and gave us some options of rooms that might suit us as we have toddler in the party. She was very sweet. The suite is huge (prob 600 sqft) and has full kitchen. The downstairs bar area and free coffee/hot cocoa station seem nice. We are happy with our spacious, well located accommodations.

Firstly, I’ve been apart of the Hilton family for majority of my life. Homewood suits was the go to for my mother and has since followed me into adulthood. With that being said, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Homewood suits! The receptionist (Ann or Anya) who by the way refused to give her name, was beyond rude! She alone ruined the whole experience due to being uncooperative and going back-and-forth. Moreover, she thought it was funny that I booked the room through Expedia instead of being in Hilton member, which in the grand scheme of things, displayed her distain for me…as if I was less than for not being a Hilton member.
