Not too good.

The staff was very good. The facility was not so good. Carpets filthy, musky smells. I'm told it's now under new management and changes are coming.

Needs a maintnance person

Entire Hotel had an odor. Not much water came out of shower. Everyhng needed attention, door knobs loose, towel rack coming off wall, all faucet handles loose, toilet leaked constantly. Breakfast was mediocre.

Outstanding Hotel and Service

We were on a trip transporting cats and found ourselves requiring a room for the night that could safely accommodate us and two cats. The Inn was perfect, we did not arrive until late, and all ground floor rooms were booked, however, the charming receptionist, gave us a room right by the elevator on the 3rd floor, there were carts available that we put the cats cage on and the room had everything we could want, I'm sure the TV and coffee machine and the Wifi were great, but we just wanted to sleep and did so in extremely comfortable beds with great air conditioning, we left early the next morning, and the breakfast buffet looked great, we were told to take what we wanted to go, and asked if we needed help. the great receptionist was still on duty and made sure we had everything we needed and asked about our stay. Neighborhood was great, no problems and super parking right outside the door. The lady who comes along for the ride with me is suffering from Stage 4 Breast Cancer and cannot walk very far and is generally disabled is usually ignored by the staff at most hotels, the receptionist went out of her way to ask if she help her, if there anything special she needed. I would happily recommend this hotel.

Don't Stay Here!

Dirty, old recliner in room with handle chewed off by an animal. Pulled back sheets to discover body hair all over the sheets. Roach crawling on door even with the lights on. And could hear entire conversations of people next door due to thin walls... Seemed like they were in our room. Only saving grace was very polite and friendly staff.
