So everything went wrong. first I asked to change the card on the account and they said sure do it when you get here...then didn't tell the next shift who charged my card anyways...Then the bed was so hard....we couldn't sleep and were up every hour. I mean wow!!!! Then comes breakfast which honestly played a big part in the decisions making for the hotel. The pics show eggs bacon etc and says hot breakfast....cold deviled eggs and a waffle maker.... No one would help us and it was $118 for one night

First time here just a mom and her kiddos and it was a pleasant experience. Staff were very helpful from check-in to check-out and the entire hotel was clean. Also the room was very spacious for the 5 of us. I’d choose this hotel again especially for the price.

Our room was immaculate and everything was in working order. There were plenty of towels and washcloths, and everything one would expect in a kitchenette, including a small cooktop and full size frig. We only stayed for a quick overnight road trip, but it would definitely be comfortable for a single person, couple, or even a small family for a longer stay.

The place reeks of smoke. The floors are dirty everywhere. The couch and chair in the room were dirty. It was gross.

Suites are spacious with full size fridge, nice sitting area, and comfortable bed. Breakfast is minimal but satisfying. My room had a stale smell though, probably from former guests smoking.

What i didnt like was we went down to eat breakfast at 8.30. When we went back to our room the key wouldn't work. We had ti go back down to the desk and they had to reactivate our key. The person at the desk said sometimes it hapoens like we checked out. Why when you have to noon to check out would your key deactivate?

The breakfast was almost non-existent! No fruit, eggs or much else besides waffles, juice and coffee. Not nearly as good as any other budget hotel we have ever stayed in
Also, asked for housekeeping after first night, was old it would be done. Came back @ 3 pm and I was not. No staff on hand to do it then.

I can't believe a motel doesn't have an ice maker. Looks like the room refrigerator had an ice maker not hooked up.

Beds were comfortable, but housekeeping is using Covid as an excuse to avoid cleaning rooms. Found a roach in there, and there was all sorts of trash in the sofa bed. Not to mention the sofa mattress and pillow were dirty.
