Friendly and helpful staff, bad location

The air conditioner in my first room was broken, and the hotel staff were extremely accommodating in moving me to another room when they were unable to fix it (they responded to my call immediately). Since my second room was upstairs, the maintenance man even hauled my huge suitcase up the stairs for me. When I called for an extra comforter (as the one on my bed was quite thin), they brought one within five minutes.
The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils, cookware, a toaster, and dishwashing detergent. I was pleased that I did not have to buy anything other than groceries.
However, the hotel is very close to the highway, and I could hear traffic noise from my room while I was trying to sleep. If I had not brought a fan, it would have kept me awake. Also, the shower seemed to run out of hot water very quickly. So, my overall rating is 3 1/2 stars. I would recommend this hotel, but if you are a light sleeper you should bring a fan or request a room as far from the highway as possible!
