I did not have a towel. My bed was sandy and dirty. The coffee table had not been cleaned off. Definitely a cheap place but not worth what they charged, but that’s what you get nowadays for trying to save money.

Insufficient towels; some lights not working; no light on one side of bed; no extra blankets; sink area light was a 4’ double tube shop light on its side with no cover; walls paper thin, heard next room conversations plain as day; next room TV could be heard same way; impossible to find local phone number to complain about noise, had to knock on neighbors door myself to get them to quiet down after 11:00 pm. Facial tissues not restocked by room service person, had to chase that down ourselves. Definitely not recommended.

This was a place to stay and that was it. Upon check in my room was incredibly dirty but the type of dirty that was built up over time. There was marks on the sheets and it appears the door was kicked in at some point. The top lock was damaged and the bottom of the door splitting. The area was in a very sketchy part of town I felt like. There was constant sirens going around late at night and the walls were paper thin.

The staff was great however the stay I regretted so much and seen far better places my curtains wouldnt stay so I was afraid someone could watch me sleep. There was food and stuff all around bed the room had roaches, there was noises constantly like people were breaking in. I had old soap in my shower and old trash in tub. I was showering and grabbed a towel and it had a stain since I didn't buy from them I take all this up with Expedia as I've been told by other places.

I was there for 4 days and housekeeping only came one time. my bed had sand on it. the lamp's plug was bent and the switch was broken. the grounds around it had trash all over it. when I arrived there was only half a roll of toilet paper and stains on the towels and on the sheet. the Wi-Fi signal didn't reach my room, so I had to use my phone's internet.

We stay one night only we came from charlotte, the sheets were durty. The room was durty. My sister room didn't have no towels. Theres no pool. Or nothing for kids. This hotel is more for like ppl to lave there.

Property seemed clean but there was towels that we knew were not changed because it had new clothes stickers still stuck to them, dust and rusty hardware. Algae in the shower knob and dirty shower head, shower pressure was actually pretty good, loved that part. Microwave made a weird noise but worked. TV remote had a few buttons that didn’t work but I was still able to get Netflix but it was slow. Woke up super sore, bed was eh okayish. Window curtains were dirty and bathroom door would not shut correctly. Cheap price not going to lie, not sure I would come again.

Really horrible
This hotel is possibly the worst one I’ve stayed in over the past 30yrs. Totally filthy room with a lot of people laying around in front of their rooms at night smoking cigarettes. It’s really not a motel but more of a low income housing unit and I really feel sorry for the proper who live there.

Very poor hotel
This was the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed overnight. It was extremely unclean. The bathroom door did not have a doorknob. it didn't matter because it would close in the door jamb before scraping tight to the floor. The internet was not working properly. The parking lot was very dirty. Overall, this place looks like it will be condemned soon.

The housekeeping staff was super helpful and amazing, because when we got in our room, we could not get lights to work, there was mold behind the night stand, we had no towels or washcloths, or a phone to call the front desk. And when you check in they give you your remote to your tv. They gave me the wrong remote. The housekeeping staff took care of it all! Other than that it wasn't horrible. Just won't stay there again.

This is the worst motel/hotel I have stayed at since 1977. Serious. Awful place. Filthy towel and floor towel. Tv did not work. Toilet paper holder was broken, towel holder broken and missing. Walls filthy. Housekeeping crew hides in back when they should be working. Awful filthy motel. This is not “you get what you pay for” because it’s much worse than that.

There was a good bit of fecal matter on the toilet seat. No phone in the room, had to use my phone, look up the number to call the office and walk down there for a remote for the tv. Other than that not bad, the staff were friendly even while working in their tiny office with no AC.

This was the worst hotel/motel room I have been in since 1977...seriously. The room was filthy, the towel (just one) and bath mat were both stained like a carpenter had used them. The TV did not work, the toilet paper holder was broken, the towel rack was missing, the floors and walls were worse than dirty. The housekeeping crew hides in back rather than working. Awful awful, awful.

The room was absolutely disgusting. For the price, I did not expect anything fancy, just a place to change and sleep after coming into town for an event. We weren’t planning to be in the room much but guys, this place is truly uninhabitable. Visible mold on the baseboards, along the shower wall, and on the shower curtain. Floor was wet and dirty. Hair and debris in wet spots all around the floor. Bedding was damp, room was stuffy and smelled moldy. The chain lock on the door was broken off, door and wall were dirty (honestly looked like someone or an animal had been locked in the room and tried to get out). I wish I had thought to take photos but we were so grossed out, we left after about 30 minutes. Really really bad. Pay more money to stay elsewhere. I wouldn’t have stayed here for free.

The floors in the room was nice . The door to the room was old and the door in the bathroom was as falling apart. When I arrived there was no towels or bath cloths. There was a half of roll of tissue. I called that front desk twice for them to bring some and I never received it. I had to go to the store to purchase tissue .

Completely filthy never again
One of the most disappointing hotels i ever been in. Mold in the refrigerator and microwave mold covered the bathroom ceiling dirty underwear behind toilet severely stained sheets no trash can in the room, all ice machines out of order bath tub was filthy, door did not seal so ac unit was cooling the outside bathroom door was busted couldn't shut it, bugs crawling everywhere, the loud music coming from several rooms

Room was clean but was tore up. Found out about that there is a damage deposit you must upon arrival. Would have been nice to know about. Beds werent that comfortable. No tub stopper for the tub. My son is disabled he doesnt like showers so had to stuff a washcloth in the drain. No clear communication between front desk and cleaning staff. Clearlysome kind of bug was in there that kept biting us.. Stay was decent. But loud at night and someone was smoking could smell weed insode our room.
