Hi Penny, we're so sorry for the sulfur smell from the water. Unfortunately, the entire island is strictly on well water, and it's not something we can control. We did flush your lines in the room, and could have moved your room for you as well. We also issued you a full refund on the 3/22 with Expedia, and that should have been returned to you within 7-10 business days. We also have worked on the lines in the room you stayed in to make sure we removed the smell and issue from the room. Again, our deepest apologies.

HI Belinda! I'm so sorry your stay wasn't perfect! We have made note about the bed in 504, and have since changed the mattress out. Unfortunately, the entire island is on well water, and sometime you can smell the sulfur. We can do a line flush which does help clear the smell out of the room. Thank you for feedback, as it's important to us to know where we can continually improve around the resort!

We did our best to accommodate your requests before check in, and gave you a free upgrade times two to ensure we could fulfill as many of your requests as we could. Those Premier rooms are gorgeous aren't they! Kari, Thanks for your feedback! And, thanks for staying with us. As you can appreciate, the resort is not busy enough weekdays during the winter to justify opening the restaurant.
