Some of the hotel staff were not very friendly, people had too many guest in their rooms, overcrowding in pool with people who were not permitted in pool because they were not guest,- I had five guest in room like the reservation stated but only had enough towels and washcloths for three people , I had to call down six times the front desk lady just kept saying ok they on their way in a rude tone like I was bugging her, I finally walked down got a nice person to bring the blankets and towels up for me, the plain clothes security is very rude questioned me about how many kids I had when I only had four but people were coming in with 20 kids having parties. Oh yeah cupcakes are not permitted along with a list of about 10 other things

Thank you for your candid review of our hotel. We apologize for the challenge with getting your sofa linens delivered in a timely fashion, but are glad that one of our team members took care of you. I have passed your comments about our Loss Prevention/Security team to the appropriate persons and am sorry that you we not aware of our party policy prior to arrival.
