Very nice for a weekend away to celebrate

Pros: clean and great price
Cons: Only wished that the lodge had entertainment for evening events
Location: downtown and/or local activities

Staff was professional and friendly, from front desk to the morning buffet. Very nice rooms with comfortable furniture, towels, etc.

great staff and easy checkin

Pleasant staff however room and hallways on our floor needed a deep cleaning and renovated. We had our small dog with us perhaps that was the reason. Also, after dark area not safe. Couldn't walk about.

I wouldn't stay there again

The hotel was comfortable and clean the only things I didn't like we're I didn't feel welcomed by theft only desk staff and another bad thing was the room keys were horrible the first ones they give us didn't work for the elevator we took it back to the front they supposedly fixed them. It worked for the elevator but then we got to the room and it didn't work for the door luckily there was staff in the hallway that opened our door for us and he said they would send up new keys and they never came so we had to call down for them to bring us up new keys and even one of those still didn't work for the parking garage... Another complaint i have was that we were in town for my grandmas 90th bday party and my baby brought a few balloons to the hotel from the party and was told we had to let them go outside we couldn't take them in the room with us... I did not understand how her bringing balloons were a problem. We were told they are a no partying hotel so balloons couldn't come in I thought that was the stupidest rule I ever heard in my life

Great hotel!!

Hotel was great as were all the staff at the hotel. We loved our room and the breakfast. We arrived late,8:00 PM and left the next morning at about 10am. We would love to go back and stay longer.

We enjoyed our stay...the room was extremely comfortable. Lover the sitting area separate from the sleeping area. We did have an issue with them double booking our room. We left our room and came back to a disabled card and a couple in our room. The front desk took care of getting the other couple anot her room and giving us back access to ours. The also gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers. We were a bit disappointed in the breakfast selecton. Had we had to pay for it, it would have cost $32 and the food was cold and selection limited. Not worth the cost. We did appreciate how the hotel solved our room situation though. Overall a very nice place and we would come back again.
