Nice hotel close to everything

The maintenance guys were very pleasant. Especially when I found out that the reason the lights by the beds were not turning on was because you had to flip the switch by the front door! When we first got to the hotel, we were looking for a way to get to second floor. The cleaning woman told us we had to park way down there. After moving car and looking around, we found that we only had to walk through the open hallway to get to a staircase right where we first parked. I believe when they came to clean the room on Friday (got there Tuesday night) they only made the bed. I hope they actually changed the sheets and pillowcases, but my husband said it didn't look like they did. When I went to cook bacon in the skillet, I decided to cook it at my son's apartment because the skillet in the hotel was so deeply scratched and worn. I'm sure if I told them, we would have gotten a new one right away, but I felt we shouldn't of had to do that. On our arrival, the kitchen floor was dirty and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. Overall it was a nice stay. We were able to sleep comfortably.

We are extended stay and I am sorry we don't come daily. This is the way we can keep our cost down. I will pass on your comments to the housekeeping department

Our room was very clean and set up well. The person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I will be using this hotel again.

First l did not get the room l made reservations for double beds and smoking. But the room was clean.

We apologize for not giving you the room you requested at checkin. The reason was that we did not have a smoking room on the first floor and we felt like you wanted the room downstairs. We were only able to do one of your request.

Os funcionarios foram sempre muito atenciosos e prontos a resolver qualquer pedido. Meu primeiro quarto cheirava mofo e o ar-condicionado necessitava limpeza no filtro, pois ao liga-lo para aquecer o quarto, o alarme de fumaça ou incendio disparava. Ao relatar este inconveniente e desconforto a recepção, a atendente fez questao de ja providenciar um novo quarto, o qual estava perfeito em todos os sentidos. Minha estadia foi agradavel e certamente retornaria a este hotel. A cozinha completa permite que voce faça seu proprio cafe da manha, o que e muito mais saudavel e podemos manter nossos habitos nesta refeiçao. Possui varios restaurantes, Walmart, Target (supermercados) proximo. Retornaria a este hotel, com certeza.
