Nice hotel close to everything

The maintenance guys were very pleasant. Especially when I found out that the reason the lights by the beds were not turning on was because you had to flip the switch by the front door!
When we first got to the hotel, we were looking for a way to get to second floor. The cleaning woman told us we had to park way down there. After moving car and looking around, we found that we only had to walk through the open hallway to get to a staircase right where we first parked.
I believe when they came to clean the room on Friday (got there Tuesday night) they only made the bed. I hope they actually changed the sheets and pillowcases, but my husband said it didn't look like they did.
When I went to cook bacon in the skillet, I decided to cook it at my son's apartment because the skillet in the hotel was so deeply scratched and worn. I'm sure if I told them, we would have gotten a new one right away, but I felt we shouldn't of had to do that.
On our arrival, the kitchen floor was dirty and the carpet needed to be vacuumed.
Overall it was a nice stay. We were able to sleep comfortably.

We appreciate your comments about your most recent stay at our hotel. In the future if you have an issue with any cooking items just let the front desk know and well will replace it with a new one. We are extended stay and I am sorry we don't come daily. This is the way we can keep our cost down. I will pass on your comments to the housekeeping department
