A private, re-modeled condominium with a balanced mix of contemporary, rustic and traditional decor, this mountain modern retreat was designed with clean and simple lines to create a peaceful and livable space. In the warmer months a walking path follows a seasonal flowing creek to the entrance. When entering the front door, there is a convenient area for hanging coats, storing shoes and boots including a large storage closet. Adjacent is a twin bedroom designed in a classic style with a large closet and windows facing to the southeast and west.

A full bathroom downstairs includes a stackable washer and dryer adjacent to multiple cabinets with shelves for personal belongings. The bathroom is complete with a deep tub perfect for soaking.

The kitchen boasts an open floor plan with a center island, earth-tone granite counters and knotty alder cabinets. Other details include: modern self-closing drawers and extensive cabinetry for storing your weekly staples. The deep sink has a sleek chrome faucet and the appliances are all top-of-the-line Whirlpool in stainless steel. From the ceiling hang two pendants with masterfully hand-crafted blown glass fixtures that glow like fire-pots.
