Hotel was comfortable. Clean and walking distance to resturant. Not impressed with the breakfast tried biscuits and gravy but it was cold so couldn't eat it.

The staff and services were fine, but the building itself needs maintenance. There was a non functioning outlet in our room, cracks/gaps in the drywall and what appeared to be mold in the bathroom.

This hotel was one of the quietest I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel in all areas was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was close to everything. Great breakfast -sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal etc. staff were all very helpful. Lots of parking.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Clean facilities. Appreciated the king suite with jacuzzi tub as an early birthday treat! Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise because the highway traffic can be heard in the rooms.

Hotel was generally OK. There’s still quite a bit of cosmetic remodel that needs to be completed. Also, I noticed some problems around the sheet rock in the shower front desk. Staff was rather friendly, the help, and the dining room was not friendly at all. And not accommodating at all either. She was very rude this morning, I don’t even want to say on here what she said. But it was uncalled for. And for that reason, I will probably not go back to the hotel.

Very good breakfast selections. When we arrived the tv was not working in our room and on the third night a serious leak dripped through our bathroom ceiling, but staff was diligent in addressing both these problems and moved us to an even nicer room.

Pipes burst at 12:30 a.m. Alarms sounded and could not be turned off. We left at 2 a.m. when we were told there would be no water. No one's fault, but it was obvious that crisis planning was non-existent. I want a refund.

The room is very old and heater unit super loud that it would woke my kids and me up during the middle of night when it kicks on. I’ve stayed in multiple Best Westen facilities. This one is by far in the worst condition.

The hot tub was unavailable for my entire stay, due to being unclean. I called before I came to make sure it was operational, and was assured it was. By the time I arrived it had been closed. According to the desk staff it just needed to be cleaned, not a real big job, but it could not be done over the 3 days I stayed!

Our bathroom was not fully cleaned and was not stocked. There was something sticky on the door and debris and hair on the counter and sink, there was no shower curtain and no extra toilet paper other than a 1/2 of a roll on the rod.

Ivy is the best at the Best Western.
Our stay was made best by Ivy at the front desk. She was running around helping multiple guests and keeping a smile on her face the whole time. She was pleasant l, knowledgeable and kind. She deserves to not be the only person working at night when there are many guests needing help. She got us towels for the pool when the last group of people used them. She got us extra blankets because I get cold when sleeping. She was fantastic!!
