Very comfortable clean luxurious feeling room. A quiet room with blackout curtains.

Small, Squat, Run-down Hotel right next to the hwy

Pros: bed was ok
Cons: everything but the bed, including the could-care-less hotel check-in guy.
Location: can't think of a thing you'd want to do nearby but leave.
Upon checkin, the front desk guy greeting us with disdain, like he couldn't be bothered. The lobby is small, dimly lit, and stinky. There was this old sweaty guy sleeping in a chair in the middle of the lobby, I had to move around him. The hallway to my room was grubby and dim, outdated, and smelled of mold. The room itself was very dated, but reasonable sized and the bed, surprisingly, were "ok". Parking lot is small and cramped, nothing around the hotel: no view, no stores, no place to walk, no nothing. And for this, the hotel was priced at the same rate as places that were much nicer. avoid.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. It was clean, spacious and quiet. Staff were helpful and attentive.

I enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very accommodating. There were three things to note during my stay: (1) Pillow: Instead of 2 regular size pillow, there were 5 small size pillows, took some getting used to to sleep on. (2) Shower: Weak water pressure, and shower head wasn't really working. (3) Exhaust: Fan grill were falling off one side, and the fan was super loud.

Comfortable

Front desk, breakfast, housekeeping always reach out, friendly and helpful. Additional positives are free breakfast, small indoor pool & hot tub and exercise room. Close to restaurants.

We love the location of your hotel and cleanliness BUT we were so uncomfortable with the new little pillows. All 3 of us got little or no sleep. Said we would never travel without our own pillows again, which we really do not want to do.

Unhappy camper.

We booked a room here specifically because they had an indoor pool. Upon arrival, we were told that the pool was currently undergoing some construction, and we would be offered free cancellation. The desk clerk was anything but friendly, and after seeing the room, we took advantage of the free cancellation and booked a room with another hotel nearby.

Disappointing

Pros: Good location
Cons: Offer useful compensation for promised amenities not available.
A little worn, but not bad (a little pealing wallpaper, failing grout), but clean. Pool not available (maintenance, offered free cancelation after we were almost there, completely useless offer, considering that one of the reasons we picked the hotel) The included (free) breakfast was weak, first day as expected for free (rubbery eggs, dried out biscuits and bacon :) and I could not identify whatever came out the spout labeled lemonade) second day no hot eggs, no meat (they did have a cool pancake machine if you like pancakes, and they did have other options)

Magots in my sink.

I checked in my room it was beautiful. Then I found dead maggots in the bottom of the sink. It was dirty and gross. It ruined my stay. Even though the desk clerk cleaned the drain area it still made me feel like what else was dirty? I ended up awake for most of the night.

Guest services by the name Riecky was very very unpleasant. I almost wanted to cancel my reservation just so I wouldn't have to see her inhospitable attitude. I could let slide the fact that the pool and hot tub were out off service, but not Rieckys' bitterness she is not hospitality worthy.
