“Good Breakfast, comfortable beds, bedside table broken $25 dog fee. Not great or bad”

“Clean and comfortable.”

“No breakfast, had cereal and no milk, asked and they appologized and did not have any. Only breakfast was a loaf of bread and a toaster with peanut butter. No coffee. This was at 7am. room was dirty and had hair in shower, beds where made poorly. T.v did not work and lights flickered. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. ”

“Homess people at the parking lot approaching cars for cash. Back door to the parking lot is wide open, lock doesn't work, pretty much anyone can access from the parking lot. In the middle of the night - past midnight- shirtless guy knocks on everyone's door one by one begging for food. No staff to reach by phone. I truly felt unsafe and slept in "alert mode" all night. Pool is basic, sauna needs 45 minutes notice to staff to heat up. Gym is basic, there were containers of wet antibacterial……

“We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn……

“This place is a drug infested hotel they do not even do housekeeping we lifted up the sheets on our bed and I could not believe the significant stains and just grossness of the mattress itself The room was tore down and hadn't been cleaned at all The bathroom sink had throw up in it and stains there was dried hair around the toilet from another person the bathtub had significant dirt rings around it the mirror had spit on it I am ashamed very ashamed that I stayed there do not go to this place……

“No toilet paper or towels.... super old property with the oldest comforter and pillows ive ever seen. I just wanted to get outs there.”

“Yes it was welcome to pets The hotel needs updates. The owners/staff and I did not speak the same language so communication was difficult ”

“Online pictures of hotel misleading - seemed nicer online then in person. Our $20 dollar Zyrtec bottle went missing and when we notified staff they did not seem to care and acted like we were lying. Did not provide any alternative to improve our experience. ”

“Refrigerator not working. In-room safe not working. I wanted to stay in the city center, thinking I could easily walk to some nice restaurants. The area is dying, with many stores and restaurants closed. I ended up ordering a salad at the hotel and ate in my room. I'd stay on the outskirts if I ever pass that way again. ”

“The service is not warm .the room facilities and simple.the bath towels are too old and smelly.The sheets and pillows are too old and seem to have not been replaced”
