The staff at this hotel was absolutely wonderful!! They were so kind, so available, and willing to accommodate. The rooms have everything you could possibly need. I travel for my job and staying a lot of hotels. This is hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. If I'm ever in this area again I will definitely stay here! Management knows what they're doing at this hotel. Any hotel can learn a lot from this one.

Tje room.was clean a d comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. The only problem was the parking was tight. We were pulling a trailer but we made it work.

Great place
Great hotel. We just stayed overnight on our way home. The room was more than we expected. This was our first stay at a Candlewood but it definitely will not be our last.

Love this Hotel!
What a wonderful stay we had at Candlewood Suites! At affordable price. Friendly host, helpful in many ways. Room was clean fresh, full of all the things you would want.Laundry is free for guest, just what I needed! Close to shopping and many places to eat. We will be staying here again on our way thru next year but will be looking for more of these hotels as we travel.

All the comforts of home while away. I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel multiple times. If it were a little more affordable, I’d stay here every time I’m in the area.

Our room was clean, updated and pleasant. My only issue was the refrigerator made a annoying noise every time it came on. We only needed a room but being able to make coffee was nice.

Charged me for smoking when I didn’t smoke. Also allowed other guests to come in our room while we were there. Make sure you stop at the front desk every time you come back in because your room key won’t work. Staff was very rude. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free

Jack,Smoking effects all of our guests so we do take this very seriously. Rest assured we have detectors in each room so we do not charge without absolute proof. I will not address the remainder of your concerns as they are not true.

Clean, big. Full kitchen with cabinets, dishes, cook top, microwave, toaster, full-size fridge. Reasonable price and better room than the room I had in another IHG hotel on Long Island that cost a whole lot more.

Nice hotel - serves it's purposes!
One night stopover traveling north. This was a quick stay, but was perfect for what we needed. The front desk staff was very nice and the room we reserved was clean and spacious. We would stay again and recommend to other travelers.

Front desk clerk was VERY friendly and efficient. Beds were very comfortable and the entire facility was exceptionally clean. A simple complimentary breakfast selection and a light blanket in the rooms would be welcome additions. Thank you.

Check in was smooth, room clean and plenty of space! Beds comfortable and we utilized the kitchenette. Only downside was the ac noise was louder than liked. Need earplugs.

Nice Place!
This Candlewood Suites is lovely. SO clean and updated. Bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. My only complaint would be being put in a room w/2 double beds when I booked a king, then only to be told they're sold out of king bed rooms. I still don't know how that is since *I* purchased one months before. But we were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge, so there's that.
